Saban && Gobusters -> VR TROPPERS???

Why should Saban skip Go-Busters as a Power Rangers series. If Saban does turn Go-Buster into a VR Troopers series, it will allow them to adapt 2 Sentai series at the same time. :thumbs:

Saban has a better track record with Metal Heroes...well...a better track than Rider anyway.:sly:

Go-busters set in the world of RPM would be fantastic! With Messiah being Venjix reborn and Enter and Escape being made from data of the RPM rangers or something (heck, bring back some of them to play the pair!).

Plus since almost no one saw RPM it would be an almost brand new show for Nick to put in their rerun roster to promote the new one without having to spend production money.

Probably won't happen though...

You know what i think its best saban will adapt kyoryuger instead or cancel the series or maybe just adapt the go-buster adaptation before its final year possibly 2016

Saban will probably do anything.

They MIGHT skip a season. If South Korea skipped Shinkenger and Hong Kong skipped Goseiger, then Saban can do it too. Heck, Toei even skipped from Mystic Force all the way to Samurai in their Japanese dubbed version of Power Rangers. I believe they even skipped Zeo to get to Turbo.

Who knows, maybe they'll adapt GoBusters into a time travel series similar to Time Force and make Kyoryuger into the Super half of the season, and maybe skip Tokkyuger..

Hey!! It's Power Rangers. Anything can happen even if it doesn't make any sense. If Jake can suddenly transform from a Black Ranger into a Green Ranger for some mysterious reason (unless Saban has something planned, maybe they'll just do a Tommy and make Jake lose his Black Ranger powers and make him a Green Ranger instead) then I don't see why Go Busters can't connect to Kyoryuger.

I've seen people speculate on Saban or Disney skipping *insert Sentai here* ever since there was an online fandom. Fans have come with every excuse from the costumes look too stupid, to the Sentai is too Japanese, to soccer moms will object to their themes. Yet year after year without fail, the Super Sentai shows are adapted without being skipped over.

As others have already pointed out. Go-Busters is a very Power Rangers-friendly Sentai series to begin with. The PR adaption has a very good chance of being more popular over here than Go-Busters ever was in Japan.

Face villains are not a problem. Enter & Escape's scenes will be reshot just like every other face villain that came after Bandora/Rita. They'll be recast or if Saban wants save money on the actors, they'll just have no human form at all and be in monster form all the time just like Long/Scorch.

Go-Busters can easily be adapted into two 20 episode seasons if they go that route. With the first season adapting Go-Busters 1-30 and the Super season adapting Go-Busters 33-51 with skipped over episodes from Go-Busters' first 30 episodes being used as filler. And while I don't expect them to do a VR Troopers reference, I wouldn't put it past them to still use the Gavan Type-G episodes. If nothing else they'll use him for more toys as the "Silver Robo Senturion Defender Knight" or whatever.

Even using Kyoryuger as the Super season is doable. Not the ideal approach by any means and I certainly hope they don't go there but it's doable just the same. Goseiger & Gokaiger have been merged together by ignoring the angel & pirate themes. The spy theme of Go-Busters can ignored, heck Go-Busters themselves forgot about the spy theme after a while. I fully expect the PR adaption to focus on the digital/cyber aspects of Go-Busters instead.

With that in mind, dinosaurs can easily be adapted into a cyberworld theme. It's not like Saban is any stranger to adapting Japanese shows using dinosaurs from a digital world.

More like they clusterf'cked a few things together. It bothers some people, but I like it. With that said, sometimes Westernizing the motif makes the motif even dumber than it really is. RPM was smart with lampooning Go-on, while being its own thing. Then again, PR Samurai didn't take full advantage of the whole "Samurai" motif, but that's just me; and if "Samurai" is too violent or too Japanese...Kenshin Himura was a samurai that took an oath not to kill...or than that...if they didn't like the Samurai bit...turn them into cowboys. It worked before.

Not to mention they could play with the "Spec Ops" motif better and actually make use of the "Bunny Copter" ala Airwolf.:laugh:

Also, the civilian powers were played up during the Disney Era...I don't mind a kiddie Spy Kids/Totally Spies/etc motif. I could see the Yellow Ranger being a friggin sniper. Blue is the techie and Red is the risk taker.

I can actually them using Gavan Type G to legitimate unite the VRT and PR shows. In turn, since both Gavan and Go-Busters are dimensional travelers...they have an excuse to unite with Masked Rider and Dragon Knight and then use Decade as Power Rider.:laugh:
