I think it's the S.H.Figuarts mook that scheduled for August release... You might need the coupon from the mook to buy the figure, which is scheduled for February 2012 release.

I think every female Tokusatsu SHF that released till now are exclusives (except Hana): Claydoll, Mezool, Shinken Yellow-Pink-Kaoru, and now THIS, and I doubt Gokai Pink won't be exclusive too.

Female figures have always been a lot less popular.. But I figured that because these are higher quality collectibles, that wouldn't matter so much. Still can't say that I'm surprised that pink and yellow will be exclusives though.

I've already paid through the nose for the entire Shinkenger team, might as well finish off the Gokaigers.
