Raptr - WTF is this?

Okay, didn't know where to put this. It was either here or the Power Chamber. But it's Gaming related, so i thought here was best.

Anyone use Raptr? I just found it when going through Tweets with "Oratorio Tangram" on them. Some posts were made through this thing. So...anyone here who used this sort of program know what this is?
