Question! What take you to delete emails?

I litarally have OVER 9000 emails in my Hotmail right now. Im not even kidding.

right now I got around 30 because I save EX's emails for a month, I don't know why. lol

Well, I tend to keep ALL emails from online dealings (eBay, Paypal, EX, online stores, etc.) for record keeping purposes.
Speaking of EX, I currently have 474 emails exchanged with EX_Japan at the moment of this post.

For all other kinds of email though (e.g. newsletters), I delete them the moment I am done reading them. I don't like letting too much clutter build up because I know how annoying it can be sorting them out later.

Honestly, I have over 7000 emails on my Yahoo Mail. And I only delete spam mails.
I keep most of them for record keeping and such.

For me, I hate having a cluttered inbox so I delete the email once I don't need it. If it's important to me or is work/school-related, I'll keep it but only until I don't need it.

Very unwelcoming for me, because if I have crazy girlfriend to find out what's going on with me, by checking my emails, I bet you that she'd delete whole of my emails that I've work so long!

Though, don't you have your own private, hmm? Not a good way to go.

lol I have privacy I let her do it, she only really does it when she sees me log in and sees loadsa emails XD she has deleted important ones before but that was my fault I said just delete em all :laugh:
