Question about Evil Ultraman

I was wondering who was the first Evil Ultraman in any Ultraman series? Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure it was one of the shadow ones from Tiga I think.

Could be Imitation Ultraman from the first series, altough that was an alien in disguise.
