I never watched even one episode of Ultraman series, could you tell me, please:
1. If every series was subbed? (Not counting HK subs)
2. Is there any series currently going on, or there are movies only?
3. Is it as good as Kamen Rider/Sentai series, in both fighting and human characters?

1. No
2. No, just movies.
3. That's really going to be up to your personal tastes. Personally, I've only seen some of the original Ultraman but I found the characters to be enjoyable and the model work fantastic, although I thought the Ultraman fights themselves were pretty slow. I can't really speak for the newer shows.

1.No, but there are a couple out there, Ultraman Mebius, Ultraman Nexus, UltraSeven X to name a few.

2.Yes and no, Ultraman Retsuden is currently airing but it's just a showcase of the Ultra series episodes, And Ultra Zone which is a variety show featuring Ultra Monsters.

3.what Switchblade said, it really depends on your taste. My suggestion would be to sample different series and see what you like.

The first two points are well covered.

I'll tackle the third.

Ultra fights are a fair bit different, as they try to generally convey a different style. Ultras are huge titans, fighting other giant monsters, so typically it's not as fast paced or martial arts heavy, but there are exceptions. Each Ultra has their own style and their own way of fighting, and the enemies they face drastically vary, meaning you get a lot of different kinds of fights, compared to Kamen Rider or Super Sentai, who tend to always face the same kind of foes.

Nexus I recall thinking fought a fair bit like a Kamen Rider, in his first half.

being that the first two questions have been answered...

Ultraman may not be as fast paced as Kamen Rider or Super Sentai, but the franchise is very solid quality. Personally, I like Ultraman Max, Ultraseven, and Ultraman Dyna, but I am not going to tell which one you should watch. Keep looking into the seires, it's really just a matter of personal taste. I hope this helps.

Thanks to all of you for help, i also quite like Godzilla films (Especially Showa ones) so i think i will take a look at Ultraman series you`ve mentioned.

Ooh, then you may really like the original Ultraman series.

It's basically a Toho production, in a lot of ways. Every episode is a mini monster movie that happens to have a science team and an alien super hero.
