Ultraman Gaia question

So, I'm trying to figure out who this sunglasses guy in the Peace Carry is. I can't find any info on who is piloting it with Tsutsumi.

That's Atsushi Koyama, leader of Team Seagull (Rescue Team).

Ah, thanks a lot! I thought Seagull only appeared in one or few episodes. Didn't know their Captain was a regular cast. (I didn't understand much Japanese back then when I watched it)

Me neither.
I didn't noticed him til he removed his trademark glasses til episode 9 (first rescue mission of the series)!
