Thank you, exactly. I didn't think PPGZ was that bad but I would agree it's nothing original. Hardly anything is.
I liked the music though. But maybe it helps I cant understand the lyrics. I often just like to listen to the music itself and not worry about what they say. Cause the minute I focus on what they are saying it's usually something too stupid for me to enjoy or it's got some hidden message in it that I don't like.

Just watched TV Nihon's Fansub of Episode 2..
I noticed something interesting, Blossom's colour in the Anime is Red, yet in the original cartoon, she wears Pink. Also what's more confusing, is she describes her clothes as "Red", yet most of her clothes look more Pink. Could she be wearing a Pinkish Red colour (or something)?

Just watched episode 2 thanks to TV-Nihon. This episode was a step down. Parody? Yeah, this series isnt Parodying crap. I've seen Anime parody itself and this isnt how they do it. This show is cliche' hack anime writing at its freaking best in this episode. Im so sick of seeing Anime-Falls and long winded explanations. Did no one see episode one? We know how they became PPZ! We dont need a whole freaking 2 episodes to explain that. It's such a simple concept, are the little children so dense that they cant catch on to the concept right away?
Here's how episode 2 went:
Act 1- Watch Bubbles Skip, re-explain everything, Blossum fights Mojo. That's it. No witty or funny dialogue. Just boring, typical, hack-job dialogue that's not interesting to listen to in the least. It almost feels as though it's trying too hard to be funny at this point. But it's not.
Act 2- Explain how they get their belts. yay. The whole act was so boring, not even interesting. It's like "thats cute, get on with it".
So far the original PPG cartoon owns this crap. They got to the point, they had REAL humor, GOOD writing, and brutal fights. This is just anime at it's worst. It's so boring and predictable.

It's really more of a japanese cartoon, rather then jsut an anime. I love it tho. It's funni, fun to watch, and omg Im in love with buttercup. She has her own lesbian fangirls! !! yessir. that is always great. 1 reason why this is better then the cartoon version
EDIT!: I still prefer the original, but I love the BLEEDMAN version much more then either

Bleedman is a genius, why nobody has signed him up yet just shows how much they don't care about animation, in depth nor portrayal.
He took something from FF.Net and made it "Grim Tales", something until Maxwell Atoms dares to say to my face it does'nt count is the most natural progression of "Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" anyone has ever attempted.
His PPG Doujinshi is getting a little too overcrowded though, I think it works better as a PPG/Dexter's Lab crossover (given I've always supported Blossom/Dexter for pretty much the reasons Bleedman's drawn and plotted out) and the other animation characters (especialy obscure ones like Atomic Betty) take more of a backseat and just appear in cameos.
What I would maintain are the KND and Megas crews, and find a way of throwing out the Mary Sues.
