DaiTanken did appear in the later episodes very briefly from what I remember.

If I remember the footage correctly, it should appear in Home & Away Part Two (It's used to defeat the Robot/beast thing, which leads directly into the Fearcats last battle)

As for Geki, I find the monster designs a vast improvement, which is the number one design priority for me.

Yeah the monsters look better but the mecha doesn't. GekiFire looks a LOT like GaoMuscle.

It looks better than GaoMuscle IMO. And GekiThouja is the best Sentai mecha EVER! :buttrock:

Eh... I think it looks worse actually, I liked the helmet on Muscle better. And it uses a similiar finisher even.

GekiTohjaWolf even has the Striker mode finisher almost.

The last episode of GekiRanger I saw was 12 (When Kenma Of the Sky agrees to train Rio) so I don't know what this GekiFire thing looks like.

I stopped due to lack of availible time to watch, rather than not liking the show.

I've been trying but it's not really that enthralling and I've given up on Den-Oh.

I will say this, the suits other then those used by the saints, all look better. I wonder if Toei asked for outside help for the Gorilla suit construction.

*cocks eyebrow* umm. Well, I disagree. There's nothing special about those suits and I doubt Toei had to ask for outside help to make them. They arent even detailed, they have little movement at all (mouth barely moves).. looks like Sentai/Toei work to me. (seriously, he's just a gorilla outfit. You're telling me Toei can create hundreds of unique and detailed monsters, robos, and suits, but they need help for a gorilla that barely moves it's mouth?) Perhaps most of the appeal of the saints comes from not just their personalities but their attire. Master robes and martial arts attire tends to be pleasant on the eyes.

Who mentioned Doggie specifically? Not me. And that certainly doesnt shake up my statement.

Compared to the other suits for Geki (or even other seasons), I don't see anything special in Gorilla man. It's your typical furry ape outfit with a distinct face. I really think it's more the personality, style, and clothing that's making him seem more special than it really is. Which is the power of a good voice actor.

That's only my perspective though. I just wanted to disagree with the idea that Toei couldnt have done such a simple suit.
