So...was it just me that noticed the BGM from MMPR when they were entering Ernies? Took me back man. Dat Nostalgia!~

And I think the only thing that really bothered me was the voice dubbing(?). U can tell it was louder than it shouldve been.

Dino Thunder? You mean the one where they needed to watch a video montage of all the past rangers to learn what rangers are?

Yep, the one where they didn't go "oh, who are those?!"

If I were Jake when Gosei showed him to the screen & explained why he choose Jake, I'd say "W....where'd you get all of these footages of me...:sly: ...?" LOL

Oh, I liked that so much. Had a huge smile on my face the entire time. Only downside, I would say is either the MOTW should have come into play earlier, or they just fight the Loogies in this episode.

I really liked Vrak's voice. It actually sounds like it fits.

This could have REALLY used to be a two-parter... damn you Nickleodeon! Also that classroom felt way too dark an opressive o.o

But otherwise this was a pleasent enough start!

Speaking of - Did anyone else get a "lesbo" vibe from the two? I'm being serious. Yellow was all over Pink in the episode. I mean, Yellow knew exactly what kind of drink to get Pink. I understand the writers are probably going for the 'close friends' bit but even my best friends wouldn't be able to nail my favorite **** down to the toppings and additives.
Even in the fights or other scenes, Yellow's attention goes to Pink first (Seriously, I can't remember their names and I've watched this episode twice today.. Is it just me? I remember Troy and Noah. That's pretty much it.)

Whoever writes/directs these new Power Ranger seasons seriously doesn't understand how casual/close friendships work. First the Jayden/Sister incest thing and now this, lol.

The girls are Gia and Emma. Gia is yellow and Emma is pink... just checked the opened to make sure I had those straight though

I dunno, there relationship made me think of nothing but Angie and Blade Dancer's relationship I think the whole drink thing was to show that Gia has crazy impressive memory.

LOLing over people getting uncomfortable at the Jake/Gia shiptease, with their Japanese counterparts being siblings.

Not knocking, but Jason and Tommy? Their counterparts were brothers! Also whoever you shipped in Lightspeed Rescue and Mystic Force, since they were all siblings.

I anticipate the ships being Jake/Noah (Anyone else getting a Max/Danny vibe?) and Emma/Gia.
