Well there technically are pics, so...

So, while thinking about it, I don't think we've ever had a Black villain. (African American villain)

They've all been white if I recall correctly. So if this cast turns out to be true, it would be great seeing an african american playing one of the lead villain roles.

The girls are no Ran and Mele but they look good! Hope it's really the cast

I don't mind if this is the confirmed cast. The girls look hot. Having Kiya/Kanoi around would be really cool; the actor gave an impressive although short performance in PRNS. And for some strange reason, this Carlo Daquin guy gives me the gut feeling that he can produce the energy needed to play a character like Jan (assuming Casey is the Red Ranger).

I might be wrong of course. Here's hoping for the best.

I assumed Casey was the red ranger (hoping, anyway). I'm starting to hope this cast turns out true, personally. They seem like they would be pretty good. It's just the source of the news is shaky.

I'm just so interested by the choice for Lion. He seems like a big guy, one who would bring some power to the roll.
I think the best way to confirm or debunk this is to contact one of these actors and ask.

There's is something that just seems...off to me about this.

There's a direct counterpart for everyone from Geki. But Why? Why would they just refilm the same scenerios with these new people?

Unless they're going to create an original villain and have our Rio and Mele as high ranking generals or something.

I'm officially on skeptical status.

Who cares why? Maybe they liked the story and are sticking with a theme of characters familiar with it.

I would love to have an original villain with Lion and Cham being Lieutenants and then you have the three Grand Masters. Something tells me that they're going to stick close to Geki in terms of villains though. Even though they would have to reshoot everything anyway, feels like they might not bother with an original villain for JF.

Possibly they want to pull a Time Force and just slide the American villian right into the overall Sentai plot.
