power aquirering in kamen rider

Again, the whole theme of Kabuto dwells on theories surrounding Space-Time-Continuum, so trying to find answers in that is like trying to ask somebody if they know the future.

It's an idea, and Kabuto played with it, nothing stupid about that.

If you want stupid, there's that door in Castle Doran which goes back in time.

I really have to agree with musashi. To be honest, I've been here since 2007, and all I see is you guys complaining there's plot holes everywhere. "OMG DEN-O THREW HIS RIDER PASS AWAY! HOW DOES HE KEEP GETTING IT BACK!?" "OMG KIVA'S A VAMPIRE WITH PSUEDO NIGHT FIGHTS!" "OMG DECADE HAS NO STORY AT ALL!"

^ all of those aren't really plot holes. Do you really think that these writers that are hired to write all these shows would be so careless enough to leave plot holes? Den-O throwing away his pass and somehow getting it back may just as well be off screen when he goes to pick it up. There really isn't a need to show those kinds of things. All you have to do is accept and imagine with the idea that "Oh ok, so the Perfect Zecter came from some basement or something when it's not being used or from some dimension or traveled through time or something."

Accept the fact that you can't call that a plot hole. It's not. Like musashi said, it's Kabuto's theme. It's all science based and all that, so really think scientifically how a sword like that could end up in his hand? Remote Controlled?

It's not like Toei's gonna feed you all with a bunch of explanations on things you should be playing your minds around and understanding.

Also, I think it's also a good thing they do that. They give us all these things to think about. Sometimes the things we figure out may as well make us like the show a little more.

And also the whole "stealing from other Riders ain't badass" thing, it's bullshit. He does say he is the man who walks on the path of heaven. Doesn't mean God's pleased enough with him does it? So of course he needs those powers to rule over others. It's like an empire. The bigger and stronger it is, the more power you have over other areas.

That's just one big cop out for a story, though. :/ It's stupid because Kabuto essentially used random technobabble to explain away its failings and lack of foresight when new powers had to come into use.

Yes, it's summoned out of "the air", just like the Hyper Zecter itself... because it's just part of a suit that is created by the Hyper Zecter. RX and Double pull swords from inside themselves, is that a plothole too? No. Did their swords ever receive specific origin stories? No.

I don't see why Kabuto is supposed to meet this ridiculous standard which is not applied at all to any other series.

If you say that the Perfect Zecter is a plothole, then you don't know what is a plothole.

Yeah I do. To me it is one. Don't presume to think you can tell me what I think is or is not a plot hole. To me Kabuto is full of them. As is Ryuki and Faiz. About the double thing, are you really going to use that as your back up? The power they got from Extreme could have manifested in many ways, the writers chose a sword in this case. It wasn't some random thing. It was a manifestation of the power of extreme. The Sword in Kabuto was just tossed in randomly.

Are you seriously saying writers of toku can't be careless? Wow talk about naive.

These are not chose your own adventure books. If the writers can not explain their stories, they should leave the stories to people that can.

It's not like Toei's gonna feed you all with a bunch of explanations on things you should be playing your minds around and understanding.
They have in the past and with other shows. You are just reaching at straws now. You are honestly arguing that the writers should only write half the stories, and that the watchers should make up the rest? That is just horse ****.

As much as I dislike Kabuto, even I know what you said here is crap. That isn't what the character is about at all.

Toku is created for kids. and kids naturally don't dig in deeper into details. that's why there are so-called "plotholes", which in reality, are created by the teens' and adults' logical brains. i find it funny that after liking a series, some people begin hating it after a year or two.

1 + 1 isn't necessarily 2 in Toku, heck, we have different versions on where humanity came from and people don't call that a plot-hole. It is purposely left out to our own interpretation.

Again, regarding Kabuto, I believe they purposely left out the explanations on the dimensions and logic of how the Perfect Zecter came to be because it is probably really unexplainable at this point in time. Again, they are playing with the theories behind Space-Time-Continuum, so they can't base all of the events in proven concrete answers since there are none yet.

Imagine if the people in the 1950s gets an iPad, how will they react? I don't know how it got there, probably in the near future somebody can make a time machine that can send objects back in time... But isn't it silly for me to assume it? It's like your forcing writers to assume something that is still theoretical at this point, and since Kabuto's theme is pretty much part of a factual study, then it is logical for them to leave those out. I mean it's more interesting if there's a mystery behind things and not get a far-fetched explanation that will eventually be proven wrong. Kabuto's theme is unique, and it played with it. Simple as that.

If you call those concepts stupid, then you're pretty much acting the same way as people who thought that the Earth is the center of the solar system, and called people who thought the Sun was the center stupid.

Sometimes, it is better to have your imagination run wild rather than expect everybody to spoon-feed you.
