WOW, I'm gonna piss off everyone here. Get over it guys. you all had your say on why cap's side should win and over the last 9 months you've made some very valid and logical remarks. but you lost. It's really sad that you've all gone straight into Retcon mode.

And yet all you do is whine that people don't agree with you. Crying that we all lost because of events in the comics has no bearing, at all, on the validity of anyones arguments. That's the same sort of stupid argument I get constantly from other Star Wars and Firefly fans, "George Lucas/Joss Whedon said it! It's true! You're wrong!"

Also, as for the whole "Punisher is just as bad!" argument, did you notice Cap kicked him off the team the first time he killed somebody?

You can't have Norman Osborn, Venom and Bullseye "well in hand." They may have a method of control, but they WILL get around it and then the US government will have organized their own team of supervillains.

The one thing I DO love about the Initiative is the idea of a super-group for every state. New York was too damn crowded.
