Politician states "Anime is why two nukes wasn't enough"

Well guess what, worse than being annnoying, they give Anime fans a bad name. You can't say you like Anime anymore without people groaning and going "Oh lord!" That's what Narutards have done! That's even worse. They're failures.

It's your opinion to think it's stupid that I make fun of them, and think they're annoying idiots. But millions feel the same, and the majority of Anime fans do as well. So it's my opinion to laugh at them.

How would non anime fans know what naruto even is? Instead of making fun of people, why not educate these people that you are protecting from the evils of naruto fans.

They need to get some sense beat into them.
I agree... well, as long as it's a metaphorical beating. People need to learn to function in the real world. And just because something makes someone happy doesn't mean Wonka gave them a golden ticket to do as they please. As an example, if some bitter, middle aged dude spent all his time on the internet yelling at people half his age over irrelevant things, but felt good about doing it, should we support him? Not really.

Naruto is a really mainstream kid's property in the US. It airs on kids' TV, they sell all sorts of kids' merch, and most of Shounen Jump's US readers are around twelve. You don't need to be an anime fan to be aware of Naruto at this point, it's almost presented as just another cartoon over here.

I wasn't aware how big of an exposure it gets. I still think people could ignore fans they don't like. I mean being upset about how some fans act is one thing, to make fun of them and brag about it seems to be a bit much.
