Pokemon - Heart Gold & Soul Silver

[HaiTien78]

I got my troll team picked out:

Five Shiny Electrodes with EV's in SpA and Speed and holding a Focus Sash and one Fear Rattata.

Well, looks like it gets released tommorow.

Sucks for me though cause I have to wait till next month (spent most of my money already XD).

Mine is on it's way. BestBuy sent it out yesterday.

Some Amazon buyers have got their copies as early as Friday it seems.

I find it great that Jap saves work with the English copies for all my Pokesav needs. I'm on Morty in my standard playthrough right now.

I picked up the English patch of the Japanese Soul Silver a while back but as for which version I picked up now?

Larfleeze thing, nice.

Got my dad to pick up my pre-order today, and it turns out Gamestop ran out of Lugia statues, so I got a Ho-Oh instead. Kinda sad. :disappoin

[Aoiblue]

So listen to this, apparently Nintendo made a huge screw up in Quebec and only sent 5 copies in English to stores across the province. I live in a very English part of Montreal and all you see when you go into a local video game/electronic store is like 100 unsold french copies!

Whatever, im in no rush to get this game. I played it 10 years ago on the GB and I still havnt finished FF XIII.

All I'm going to say is this.

I'm going to do in HeartGold what I did in Diamond: CATCH EVERY POKEMON WITH ONLY A POKEBALL. No Ultra Ball, No Great Ball, only a Pokeball. Safari Balls, fine.

[Undrave]

Woohoo I got my copy yesterday, even got a Lugia statue even though I did my preorder with my friend's independant store instead of the big ones. They only got 2 at their store and kept the Lugia one for me :buttrock:

Right now I just busted Falkner big time.

I had an Absol egg ready in Pearl and as soon as it hatched and was high level enough I ditched Cyndaquil now consider Absol my starter.

And while it wasn't my original intent he hatched with Blizzard hehehehe.

Wut? So then I suppose I got one of those five copies?

How can you tell its the French version anyway?

This game feels like a brand new game with the updated graphics and the new looks for the towns. I'm liking it so far. I don't have lots of time to play this game but I will make time to play it from time to time. I'm glad Nintendo remade this game as I used to play the original versions a lot back then.
