Yes, re-issued as exclusives... but it's still cheaper that the ones on Ebay (>$150USD).

It's Chibi-arts, new toy line from Bandai. Kinda like Nendoroid by Good Smile Company. 3650 yen each, and both are Tamashii Web exclusive.
