I mean what happens IF I've been done the same thing to myself after I've watched Kamen rider Decade but it's stories are really didn't make sense whatsoever even their movie itself.

Well, it might not be as funny when you take it out of the context of the review the clips came from, but yes, it was suppose to be funny.

What was it taken from? What was he reviewing? Because stand alone there is nothing funny about it. It's just clichéd.

He was reviewing Quest of Camelot, which, arguably, really doesn't explain a lot of the stuff that happens in it. And I don't mean "left to interpretation" stuff, I mean, there was a lot of it that made no sense.

The particular reference comes from him constantly saying "Explain movie! Explain!"
