Finally, a really menacing Bane on film. I still have the bad aftertaste of the Batman & Robin's Bane even now. Damn Schumacher. Can't wait to watch Rises on IMAX, missed out on Dark Knight.

I dont find him menacing honestly. I just... I dont know, I just dont enjoy the character. He's just a big muscle dude, I dont really find him interesting.

I never found the Scarecrow interesting at all, same with Ra's al Ghul. But Nolan managed (Along with Cillian Murphy and Liam Neeson) managed to make me like them and actually see them as incredibly awesome villains. I'm hoping he and Tom Hardy can do the same with Bane.

Also, that mask is freakin' creepy. Reminds me of Alien and the facehuggers. Does anyone else wonder who the person is in the top right hand corner of the gif?

I liked Ra's al Ghul in the comics mainly because of his daugter's relationship with Bruce. And the guy standing at the back seems to be some sort of goon from a gang or something since he seems to be aiming a gun at either Bats or Bane.
