New trend in Sentai

I've noticed a new trend in recent Sentai of having the team with thier powers in the first few episodes. and I know the Red has to be the rookie. But that's what I liked in Boukenger and Gekiranger plus Go-Onger. What are your views on teams having thier powers already?

I meant Jan and Ban. Akashi is indeed the world's best treasure hunter.
