this was a rushed inro to the story but i tell the rest later

the story. Seiichi iketani who lost his son hikaru in a accident started project with a company omega tokyo to have an creature that can create energy but he found out in order for them to live they need human blood one night the creatures known as orge's escaped and he found out they can also shape shift. so he started to create the Ryusei nova belt and 3 others. then with the help of his friend sato he made 3 clone's of hikaru his late son and made each of them different, but one had the orge gene.

The big dipper, Ursa Major, is a fairly significant constellation in Japanese folklore...it has tons of names and the stars are separated into two different groups and I think even seven subgroups. You could probably find some info... Kamen Rider Hokuto would be the simpliest.

Dang if only I had my Samurai Deeper Kyo volume 32 with me...it had plenty of names in it.

I think those would fit well.
