NBA 2010/11 Season Discussion

They want a backup SF and a helpful center.

The Charlotte Bobcats have traded Gerald Wallace to the Portland Blazers for Joel Przybilla and a second-round pick, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Not finished as of yet.

Loving the Perkins/Robinson trade. Gotta be honest. I've never like Robinson when he came into the leauge. I want to see how he fares in OK. Thinks he's really good when he's really not. Kinda bummed the Lakers didn't make a trade this year. Yeah they traded Sasha, but I wanted to see another trade.

And wow, there's a lot trades this year if I recall. I don't think there was this much last year.

Everyone is shocked at the fact, Boston basically made the Thunder a title contender in the West.

...Exactly but this sucks for Bos...........wait...this will be harder for the Lakers. :O_O: Yes! Good job Danny Ange! :D

I'm not too worried about that trade. We still have Bynum to compete with Perkins. :D And Bynum is still in the healing process. The last 2 games, he's been dominant on the glass. And Robinson, not worried as well. He's too streaky.

Damn you bynum. :shakefist But he is pretty injury prone, so I wouldn't be all over him just yet.

Plus I agree, Robinson has never been a threat. He's always been streaky.

Marquis Daniels traded to Sacramento for cash. I feel so bad for him.

You should be worried. VERY worried. OKC has more size than LA now.

And every big man is a defense player:

Ibaka (6'10 - 235lbs), Perkins (6'10 - 280lbs), Mohammad (6'10 - 250), Collison (6'10 - 255), Cole Aldrich (6'11 - 245) and Byron Mullins (7'1 - 270)

They also get Nate Robinson that will get open shots if you double Durant and Westbrook. They can contend easily now.

True, OK has size, but half of the ones you mention won't even get any playing time against the good teams they play. And it's going to be a plus when Theo (whenever he comes back; hopefully the playoffs) Sure he's in the later stage of his career, but his 7" stature at center will help. And Barnes is coming back sometimes next week, and he's itching to come back. But we'll see when they play against the rest of the Western Conference.
