My Problems With Rising Ultimate Kuuga Form

The only ones crying about that are some fans. Toei clearly doesn't think like that. They even forced yet another Shocker version into Decade's final movie. They wouldn't do that if they disliked Showa.

Yeah, the Showa Riders represented themselves quite well in their fights with the Heisei Riders in All Riders. I think Toei does acknowledge that Rider power levels have gotten all sorts of stupid-high since the Showa days, since... I mean, they have. Ichigo just hits people very hard while Kuuga kicks off the Heisei Ten by doing a story about a guy whose Rider Kick can obliterate a city block.

^Not to mention the Ultimate Form's theorized "1 Kick=Earth's Doomsday". Man! I wished Kuuga Ultimate did a Rider Kick before he killed N Daguba Zeba by his fists.

I have my theory, that there are 2 kinds of Ultimate forms.

Godai's Ultimate form was gained through long and slow training, allowing him to get the Rising forms. Due to this, he was able to build up more power, which made his Ultimate form as powerful as it was. For him, it would be impossible going to the next level without killing himself.

Onodera on the other hand, went straight into Ultimate without gaining the Rising form first. This causes his Ultimate form to be slightly weaker than Godai's, with room for extra power. This is why he was able to go Rising Ultimate.

The fact that Ultimate-Onodera relied on physical fighting, clearly shows that his form was much much weaker than the one in the original show.
Ultimate-Godai would never even have TOUCHED Decade. That’s the whole DAMN point of the Ultimate form! It was so powerful that it didn't NEED any physical attacks.

Dammit Toei...! :shakefist

Yeah, almost the same with what I said, since I consider Rising Ultimate as a mutated Final Form which was achieved prematurely and had an external factor which was the stone of Earth.

If any of you have watched Yuyu Hakusho, I consider Rising Ultimate as Toguro whereas Ultimate as Yusuke Urameshi. Toguro clearly was more powerful because of his massive strength and physical power, but it was achieved through dealing with the devil (which I relate to the stone of Earth to Kuuga), whereas Yusuke beat Toguro with spiritual power alone. Just my 2 cents.

Me, I just think it's just the Golden Power mixed with the Stone of Earth, and the combined powers of Showa and Heisei powers would result in powerful, yet incomplete and corrupted, riders, hence why Kaito took the Black card from Tsukasa.

I was hoping for Rising Ultimate Kuuga to do more in the All Riders movie too. Too bad he didn't because I thought his form was awesome. To me, I think the "Rising Ultimate" name is just a name similar to the Ultimate Super Saiyan level in Dragon Ball Z. Its just a level a little above the highest level or whatever you want to call it.
