Okay, I started this anime last month, and after downloading some gaps (my friend left me without about nine episodes because his discs wouldn't work right
), I am now on 11. I think. With me watching so many shows what episode I'm on is usually forgotten. (I had just started the "Iron Chef" parody episode, I remember that much.) :sweat: Anyways, Midori is one of the most awesome anime characters I've ever seen. Hilarious, honorable, AND an ass-kicker! (And a drunk.

I keep hearing that this show is really awesome but so far its been rather odd, just meandering from crazy idea to crazy idea. With the exception of that episode where we found out Miyu was a bitch. (And a crazy one at that.) That shocked the hell outta me! Does she do that to anyone else?
Anyway, I probably won't finish this series for a good while because I'm watching Kuuga and Ryuki, but its definitely the first anime on my list of shows to finish. (Ahead even of Saber Marionette J.)

M.I.Y.U.-chan isn't actually evil...you'll see later in the series. She ends up being one of the more kick ass characters in the series; as well as the following season "Mai Otome."
Just keep watching...later episodes give you that FTW moment...

When I was looking around different forums the first time I started getting heavy into Sentai ( as opposed to my Power Ranger Obsession ) I came across one person who had an Avatar Or maybe it was a Banner, that had an anime girl. The girl had a Pink Dekaranger suit on and I was just staring so long wondering. DekaAnime or a parody?
As my obssesion grew into an overall Sentai/Power Rangers thing, it found itself looking for the anime. Eventually I came across Mai Otome. Then I realize. ITS HER!
After that, I started collecting each episode as they came out, and i quickly learned and downloaded the entire Mai Hime. Watched all of that in a two sittings, then Watched Otome, and just had so much fun. I wonder if theres gonna be a Mai-Third.
Natsuki, Akira, and Mikoto are my favorite Hime Chars, Nina is my favorite Otome, with previous included.

btw, Have you been having trouble playing your last episode of Otome? I have had the episode, but it wont play pass the half mark, I'm gonna try watching it again now, but if it is persistant, im gonna wait for the dvds. BECAUSE...
