basically this thread is about how Saban screwed up.

What are your views on mighty morphin?, and did you like how

they had 3 seasons?

i've also been thinking, JetMan would of been a kickass mighty Morphin

and Dairanger would of been a Kickass Zeo. What do you think?

I mean look at White Swan, that just screams kimberly!

Saban did power rangers better than anyone else has. :redface2:
& The first three seasons were better than all of the other ones.

i'm not saying hate it, i loved it

but looking back now, i've noticed their mistakes.

and it could of been better. personally i loved the 1st season. but thats it

It was extremely successful at the time... so as far as anyone is concered, it'll forever be a success.

The merchandise sold well, and it started a franchise over here... So I'd say that they did pretty well.

Sure you can spot things wrong with it NOW... but the target audience (us back when it aired originally) couldn't tell a thing was wrong. I remember finally realizing Rita's lips didn't match what she was saying a few years ago. I was like "Huh, well that's neat. They dubbed her, haha."

Back then, NONE of us knew that Sentai even existed, so I don't think it would've mattered.

I like what they did with the Thunder Zords, it at least added a bit of originality to the series, but I can't help but wonder how it would've been diffrent if they just went ahead and switched costumes...

Also, I always thought the entire Alien Ranger spin off thing was just...plain weird.

IMO, what disney fails at the most is trying to make PR a carbon copy of it's Sentai counter part.

I've always wondered...if everyone says they hate PR, why do people still watch it?

A generic response that really singles out the true villains: Toei insisting their shite is actually adapted closely, and Bruce and Koichi obeying them.
