Are all of the Red Rangers from Goranger to Goseiger out now?.

How much do they usually go for?.

RyuRanger and ShinkenRed are the ones I want most.

But I absolutely *HATE* buying boxes of these because there is no guaranteed full set. And I don't even want a full set -- only certain ones. So there's a chance you could buy one box and not get a single one you want. :redface2: (assuming you are not wanting most of them)

You mean getting a complete set in 1 carton? Definitely not...
Just to break down:
Series 1: Go Ranger to Maskman (11 pieces) - released
Series 2: Liveman to Gingaman (11 pieces) - released
Series 3: Go Go V to Goseiger (12 pieces) - yet to release

Each series come in a carton of 8 pieces, meaning that you will definitely be short of 3 heads for Series 1 and 2 and you probably need to source them somewhere else...
