Marvel's Civil War Thread: "No. You move."

Using the Sentry as an example is bad, since he's clearly batshit crazy and homicidal and yet Tony's giving him full freedom. I notice you didn't respond to any of the rest of my points.

not that i wanna get into this argument, but people become superheroes out of the goodness of their own hearts, not because the government wants them to do so. if heroes did register with the government that's nothing more than a super powered army

furthermore the SRA will only lead to a totalitarian government, obey the government no matter what, not many people are crazy about that philosophy, note how they tried to arrest Luke Cage even though he didn't use any of his powers since the SRA was passed.

just because it's the law, doesn't make it right, Luke Cage said it himself, Slavery used to be a law

So super-humans shouldn't have to obey the Law? Then what becomes the distinguishing mark between hero and villian when neither obey the law?

and don't say Murder, Caps killed plenty of people. but it was OK then because it was a war and his goverment told him it was OK to kill.

i didn't say that heroes can live outside the law,

ok let's say the act goes through, and they have a task force for each and every state, that doesn't exactly mean that the bad neighborhoods aren't gonna be ignored, furthermore the difference between a hero and a villian is what they do. a hero puts his life on the line each time he puts the suit on in order to save people and make their lives a little bit better, any and almost everything that a villian does is usually done for his/her personal gain

sometimes the government screws up, sometimes they make bad laws, laws that do more harm than good,

example: Prohibition which lead to the start of organized crime which eventually leads to mob movies

really big difference between obeying the law and obeying a government who's basically telling you to kneel down and be it's bitch
