I'll defend the OP theme only for Kenta Satou, but I've always hated that song for being so peppy. It actually suited Zyuranger, but the ED theme didn't at all.

I still like Satou's "TAABO TAABOOOO" and Zigzag Youth Road. Turboranger's ED theme makes me feel all warm inside.

And Takafumi Iwasaki, one of those nad-less singers Japan favors, wasn't in tune once.

That's for sure. Zyu's opening was just so...not sentai...

And Shougo--I have to respectfully disagree about Magiranger's OP. I think it's once of the better ones of today's sentai.

Eh, I always liked the OP. It's not one of my favourites, but it's far from the worst (SunVulcan, I'm looking at you). I didn't find the Daijuujin song to be particularly bad either, but it was very strange.

Now, the ED was horrible. Utterly horrible. Worst Sentai song ever. As awful as the singing on MagiRanger's ED is, it at least had a decent beat--Zyu's ED didn't even have that. It's a truly awful song.

When I first watched a Zyu OP clip back in 1997 I wanted to vomit considering MMPR's theme is legendary. But now I really don't mind the theme. I still say Sentai should have HARD rock themes. This pop stuff is too crappy.

NAAAH!! I'd rather have TM Revolution do next year's Sentai theme!!

Either that or Utada Hikaru, BoA, Koda Kumi... :laugh:
