Kamen Rider Wizard Forum

Just curious, the separate threads wouldn't cause a problem on the server right? 'cause I know that's why some places prefer "mega threads" rather than separate ones.

Can I suggest that the KR Wizard be put on top of the Henshin Justice Unlimited section? Same goes for any other ones you put together. Kinda seems out of place to put it under it lol

Kinda keep the three HJU-Rising Sun-Headlines section all together.

I'm skeptical about the idea. As it was already pointed out, discussions would just be lost. And it would be hard to keep track of general opinion as it would be spread too thin over too many topics. Plus most would get abandoned after a week anyway.
Avoiding spoilers should be your own problem. Just don't go to the topic of the show if you are not up to date. It's not like you will be able to provide any interesting insight on the show without having watched as much of it as others did. No one cares about you discussing possible truth behind plot point when it has already been revealed in the show and everyone already knows the answer anyway.

I can see what you're trying to say. But I don't really think there's a rule (yet) saying you can't discuss previous episodes that have a relationship one way or another to a latest episode. We could still talk about what happened last episode and try to relate it to the new one, so I don't think there's a problem with it.

Also Keith, how are going to do the Rumors/Picture threads? Is it still same rules or will there be a new thread after a quarter (12-25 episodes) of the show has ended?

You can, but that's exactly the point against multiple topics. Talking about previous episodes in relation to the newer episodes would be lost on people who haven't seen newer episodes and at whom the whole "topic per episode" is aimed at. Plus it borders on the line of spoilers, which is once again works against the whole point.
It also will complicate the talk about newer episodes. What if I have something to answer to your post but backed up by some other episode. It would mean that me doing so would be offtopic and depending on whether my episode is later than yours or not, spoilers.
Than what if my answer to you involves a multitude of episodes, some before some later. Should I post half of my post in one topic and other half in different one?
In general that would make any kind of constructive dialog impossible and not really worth the trouble. Everyone would just stick to the latest topic, which would mean switching to a different topic every week, cluttering the megathread with dead topics. Just switching every 300 pages is enough. We don't need other arbitrary and less efficient methods.

Each episode thread would just be whatever episodes up to that point.

HJU is not strict about conversation.

And if you had some topic that involved this or that... you could just make a thread about it and talk about the relationship between whatever and whatever there.

We could even have a general discussion thread if need be.

It's really pointless and spread it out too thin. The more I think about it, the more I think it's pointless.

If each topic is just up to date, than what's the point creating a whole bunch of others?

What is the point of existence of other topics then? The ones about past episodes?
So some slowpoke can post something, nobody would care about, since it's about stuff that was weeks ago and just plain old and dated as far as current plot goes?

If we have general discussion, than most would stick to that, because that would be just what we have now. Smart and simple system, where we have topic that allows us to talk about the show realtime and only changes every 300 pages.
What would be the point of small per episode topics?

It seems you people have trouble running models in your head. Let me do it for you.

Imagine this:
We have a show called Humpa TheDarkKnight of Doughnuts.
It's out for 12 episodes already.

People are discussing it in the most recent topic and have a nice time.
The some other person finds out about the show and startes watching it. Now there are two ways this can go.
First way:
He watches each episodes and posts his impressions in each topic.
Problem? By the time he get's to the 12th episode, his opinion is spread over 12 topics and no one is going to read it all just to get the whole picture. If there are any points in his previous posts that are relevant to his last one, which is up to date, he still would have to repeat them making his previous post containing said point even more F**KING WORTHLESS. (I'm not angry, it's just the grade of worthlessness is so high, you can't express it any other way)
Or he can just watch all 12 episodes and post a collected and up to date viewpoint which combines all his relevant points into one, making him flow into the conversation smoothly and being on the same ground as everyone. Which once again makes all previous topics worthless.
Everyone will be discussing stuff in real time, previous topics would just float there, pointlessly. They have ZERO use period.
