Okay, so… great episode! We learned: that Guardia and Griffon are able to merge, that is about it.
Recap:
The recap was meh. I mean, no Sora at all. Not to mention, no Wizard or Beast, I guess this is indeed a Rinko and Shunpei arc!
Rinko, you think Shunpei will listen to you, he has already shown no signs of stopping. Rinko, I get it. Sure… Nemoto, sure… Heh, Rinko with her “no nonsense attitudeâ€, I love it! Why, Rinko. Calling the station is a big step for you, I would be scared Nemoto. Shunpei, nice panic maneuver! (Anyone else HATE when that happens)!? Again, nice Shunpei! You demand that phone! I agree, Rinko! That is her property, Shunpei! I understand…that you want your cellar phone back Rinko, but Shunpei wants to protect Nemoto. Nice toss! (Great screen transition!)
Sir, I understand you pain, but just calm down! Rinko will deliver her case! She did indeed. Why does your stomach hurt? Get over it! (It is a Japanese thing, played for laughs or does it have to do with the fact that the Chief of Police trusts Rinko so much, it hurts him to have him be let down)?

Ah, Kaga eyes! (I love the contrast of Haurto closing his eyes, and having Kaga’s eyes be wide and awake!) Wow, way to set your standard, Kaga (thank goodness, a short name!) Hello~ to you, Sora! How have you been? Will you kill Medusa? Sora, you are so right! Kaga, get your wings together and fly to get Nemoto into despair! Kame a nice, new Phantom for Sora to command! “Oh well!â€, Sora, this is your livelihood! What, what is surprising! I already know you are awesome, what else is there for me to know? I am able to believe it, Sora. After all, he did have help! (Geez, Kaga does inmate humans! Look at how he has his hand and his color of his jacket!) If he does not give into despair, Wizard will kill you. Or, Sora will kill you. (I wonder what would happen if the Phantom fled and lived within two episodes, would Sora kill him/her?) Holy cow! That face, I am not able to unseen it! (I know the beak of hill myna are yellow, but this is crazy!) Ah, so Kaga DOES know what will happen! (I like Raum’s pose here, reminds me of an evil mastermind!) Oh,,, pretty colors again! (I wish his transformation to the hill myna was more menacing.) There he goes, off to drive Nemoto to despair! As much as I hate to agree with Shunpei, this is actually a great idea! What DO you have to say for yourself, Nemoto! Rinko, Shunpei wants to hear Nemoto’s side, that is all. Really, you are telling me it was the Kyuuta. The photographic is still not the best proof! I mean, the guy on the far right that was almost cropped out looks shift too! Honestly, on its own! Are you that dumb! Right reaction, Rinko! Hmmm, you did walk, that is something! “Why?â€, well… let me see: you just show up when things catch on fire, you freak out and panic worse than Shunpei, and you are obsessed with a bird. The apartment complex where the fire stated was the Toriizaka one? Man, I thought I was Yugo’s! Nemoto, that is called a “police broadcast†or “bulletinâ€, it is a telling of events that are making the police look for certain people. If you are wounding WHY that are looking for you instead of the shifty guy in the white, I have no clue.

Koyomi, what the hell! You saved that vase when Shunpei flipped out last episode, how slack! You SHOULD apologize, Koyomi! YEA, Koyomi! It costs a ton of money, mou! Eh, Haurto! Rest! I guess, Haurto…. Listen to Koyomi! She knows what is right! After all, without you, she would be nothing! No, you are not, Haurto! You need to sleep! Quick, Koyomi, put the Sleep Ring on him! Wow, way to not be almost drop-outs of the Police academy, officers! How is Kyuuta making fun of you? He is hurting you, sure, but not making fun of! (If you want to exact, you are making a mockery of yourself, not being able to catch a bird!) This a quite cleaver plan for Kyuuta…
Way to run for your life, Haurto! Just do that jog, while looking for your friends and a Gate that could be caught by the police any minute now. Oh… it is a bag of bird seed (Q-charm)… that you will place in the park with a pan… with birds all around, wow. “Cooked riceâ€, eh? Do you mean that people flock to cooked rice? Or, is Q-charm cooked rice? Nice jab to Kousuke, Haurto! (Quite quick comedy, I laughed!) Ah, Haurto is using the “Mayonnaise†nickname again! Haurto, never change! Yes, Kousuke! The Phantom is not the bird, the bird IS the Phantom! Yep, you just said that, Haurto! Yes, a Phantom! Nope, not the hill myna! (This was a great part of the episode!) EHHH!!! Kousuke, look out! Run! I bet it does, that is why you should RUN! (That was a great line!) Heh, Haurto with his “I knew this would happen†look. He is getting pecked by birds, Haurto! I agree with you, move Kousuke! I think your granny could indeed whop those birds behinds! (Great call-back! Best reference this whole episode!) Damn! Those birds sure do love their Q-charm! Poor Kousuke… (When I saw how he looks, I cracked up even more!) Ah, so you DID tell a tad lie to Koyomi! You summon Guardia to help you, because you are almost unable to fight! I guess running takes up magical energy too! You count on Guardia, Haurto! Whoa, busting out Griffon! (This was the best scene in the whole episode, so many call-backs!)
Nemoto, I think I believe you now. Wow, you lost Kyuuta! Horror of all horrors! You could try to LOOK for Kyuuta! Good question, Shunpei! I want to know too! You are THAT attached to him! Man, get some help! You have only know watch other for about, knowing how the acs are spaced apart, three weeks, max. You named him after what he likes to eat? That is dumb! I mean, I would NEVER name my cat “Meow Mixâ€, stupid. Oh, so the name of the hill myna also has Kyuuta’s name in it? It would be odd for me to name my cat “Cat†because he is one! Odd indeed, Rinko. Hi Raum (er… I mean Kyuuta)! Way to pay no expense for Kyuuta, Nemoto! I would not want to go back there either. Kyuuta, right on! I agree, Rinko. He is too odd. Ah, Guardia and Griffon found Kyuuta! Nice job, you two! Although, your masters are being lazy to summon you! Whoa, they combined! (That is able all we found out in this episode that is new!) I like the new form, guys! Cash scene! Watch out for the power lines! Wow, they are going at it! Go, Guarffon! Hi, Haurto and Kousuke! Way to join the party! Kousuke, clean up your hair! (I laughed at this part too!) Right, Haurto! Way to be observant, Kousuke! “Wowâ€, indeed! Go, Guarffon! Oh rap, Raum Is here! EHHHHH!!! GUARFFON!!!! Rest in peace! Whoa, nice swoop, Raum! (I liked Raum’s “What’s wrong? Fight me!†look when he landed!) Way to take charge, Kousuke! Now, that is what yo should do from now on! Ah, nice-call back! Are you sure, Kousuke? I mean, Haurto could at least get the Wizarswordgun for you? (When Kousuke henshined, the feathers on his hair made me laugh!) Nice ruining henshin, Beast! Nice try with that running kick! Nice duck! Cops, listen to Haurto! Ranted, he is not Sora, but he still knows a lot! It is true! Because… I do not know. That is valid point, officer! That is true, on both accounts! I am happy to hear you are doing “great!†They ARE Nemoto I understand that you are scared, but trust me, you are safe! Yep, that is him, all right! Why salute her? (That made me crack up too!) At least the other officer behind him has the memo! Eh, Haurto and Kousuke? Hello~ Why, they are standing with Nemoto, locked hand in hand, trying to prove his innocence. Haurto, it is okay. We know, Kousuke! They are standing. Eh!!!! So, Nemoto DID do it! In that case, Rinko… what the HELL ARE YOU DOING! NEMOTO WILL GO INTO DESPIAR! You tell them, officer! Wow, that one guy is horrible as his job! (The one I am talking about is the one that is making “the clawâ€, with both of his hands, to the officer in front of him, so bad!) Man, again with that colorful trail (or burst) of smoke! It is just so jarring. I am surprised that Nemoto did not turn around when Raum made the squeak when he shoot the purple pellets! (Raum, VERY nice job!)
Correct, Rinko! Nice, Haurto! Well, if you listened o Rinko, you would have heard that Kyuuta is indeed Raum! Eh, Raum is bold, de-transforming right in fount of everyone! (The way the cop fell down was great to replay, over and over!) I would panic too! I mean, after the first attack with Minotauros, I would run for my life if I saw another Phantom, not to mention that this one flies! “Good jobâ€, Haurto, they deserve a “great job!â€! *gives everyone a thumbs up too* (anyone else do that? What in the-Ghouls! (So, was that Raum’s, “I need a minute†motion?) Wow, how many are there? Nice job slashing, you two! Kill them Ghouls! Nice backflip using the Falco Mantle, Beast! Nice slashing! Wow, the was a mean stab, Wizard! Nice! Busting out Infinity! (I have the AxCailbur myself now, it is loads of fun!) So confident, Wizard! Nice, precise slashes (sparkles!) Nice deflection, Wizard! Damn! Way to go with the AxCailbur! Raum, you must stop rolling around! Oh, Rinko and the others showed up! Nice kick, Beast! Whoa, a SIX! Nice spin, Beast! (“x6â€,^.^) Man, that Falco Saber Strike was super effective! That High Touch Shining Strike also cleared house, even the King! (The toy is so much fun to play with while watching the show!) My Review of the Phantom of Sora Choosing! This time: Raum!
Raum was a good contrast to Sora and Beast! He did learn some new tricks and judging by how Kaga acts, he must have been a talker when he was a Gate. The mimicking part was also quite interesting. His spear attacks and purple pellets were quite well-played. He even accomplished his goal, indirectly. Sora will hopefully be proud. I wonder how many Phantoms are left to go…?
Overall: Um… Nemoto still died! This was an interesting arc, for sure. I thought it is good that Sora knows what Medusa is planning, even before she puts it in to action. And, with Sora picking the Phantoms, his plans will always succeed now!
