He's become experienced to the point where he can use the Dragon Rings outside of Dragon Forms? I mean, it could be possible.

*Reads the episode title, and feels creative* ... I can't remember if I cried, when I read about his wizard's pride, but something struck me deep inside... The day the magic died~ 10 points to anyone who knows what I'm referencing. :169:

I really wish Hyper had been able to keep on using the mantles, as I think those are the most innovative (and cool) part of Beast's design. It would be pretty neat if his upgrade was just gaining access to the Mirage Magnum, but retaining his base form so he could continue to use the mantle powers.

You forgot that when Accel attained Trial, he never used the Engine Blade (maybe he did but i can't remember for sure) and Meteor rarely used Meteor Galaxy (again, maybe he did) while in Meteor Storm
My point is that when secondary Riders attained their power-up form, they usually don't make use of their primary form's weaponry/powers and make full use of their power-ups.
But Beast Hyper can still fall back on Dice Saber (but that would be risky considering the element of luck involved :laugh
and hypothetically, use Kick Strike as well so he is in the same vein as Meteor and have 2 different finishers.

Terui used the Engine Blade a few times with Accel Trial but it simply couldn't keep up for what he could do in Trial.

I wasn't really excited about this episode before I sat down to watch it. I think I'd already dismissed it due to them using the same idea as last year of the main Rider getting "killed". I was pleasantly surprised though. The secondary plot wasn't boring, Beast actually had a role to play in the story, we got to see the other normal Styles (I thought Toei had forgotten them already!), Gremlin's paying off and we get a pretty cool bad guy (though I don't really get what the costume has to do with the "legion" idea - it looks more like a fishman with a marble in it's mouth?!).
The only weakness I can really think of is that the CGI on Chimera was a bit weak. He was just really stiff and barely moved his legs at all, when it would have been cool to seem him pouncing and clawing and stuff. But oh well, forgiveable.

Accel in Trial used an Engine Blade finisher once, I think.Maybe twice.It was basically the same thing as his Machine Gun Spike but with fast sword slashing instead of rapid kicks.
Ryusei never used the Meteor Galaxy in Meteor Storm.At least he did the Rider Kick 3 times in Meteor Storm.He also used a Fire in his belt in Storm once.
There's a Hyper Slash Strike sound in the Dice Saber, so I hope Beast does use the attack.I'd also like to see a Rider Kick, since he's only used his Rider Kick once and that was in his default form.
