The mobile island city of Cyreion, an artificially created island as a collaboration between the various world powers in an attempt to create and artificial utopia independant from the rist of the world. A large scale experiment and most likely man's greatest achievement. With many of the world's greatest and most creative minds and away from whatever toxic influences that the bureaucracies of their home lands may have had. As a result it soon began leading the world technologically with it's numerous clean power technologies and numerous other advancements, though it does tend to horde many of it's advancements. People of all races and backgrounds somehow manage to coexist peacefully there in this crime free society. Put simply, the experiment was a huge success.

But corruption has a way of infecting such purity, and naturally it began to seem like a perfect hide out for the criminal elements of the world. After all who would look there? It was just that attitude that attracted the Japanese Sonozaki crime family who snuck aboard the mobile city at one point while docked with Japan. At first their actions werent too apparent. Just a few dissapearing items here and there, it wasnt until their aquistion of the six Gaia Memories, a series of mysterious items whose purpose was more or less totally unknown, that people finally began to believe that a malicious element had infiltrated their perfect city. Next a series of kidnappings began occuring, apparently with some sort of psychic abilities and several scientists who were involved with the gaia memories. Eventually they managed to create their own series of false gaia memories and began to distribute them throughout the city, mostly to other criminals. With that came the rise of the monstrous Dopants, which the Cyreion authorities were powerless against.

It seemed that Cyreion had hit a downward spiral, that is until two people chose to take a stand and stop these horrors. A detective known as Takuya Akatsuki, and a young former boxer known as Kyle Browning who was hiding out from the people he owes money to that happened to be working for him. Through a combination of wit and muscle they located the Sonozaki's research facility. The broke into the facility hoping to seize the false gaia memories and destroy them. They found that the false gaia memories had been relocated, with the facility about to soon be the victim of an "accident". They found something important though, the three remaining psychics kidnapped by the Sonozakis, each possessing two of the original gaia memories and an odd belt buckle of some sort, all of which had been deemed uneeded by the Sonozakis. They freed the psychics and together they all made a run for it before a flying Dopant and a group of gunmen. In a hail of gunfire Detective Akatsuki lost his life. In a final last ditch effort to escape the psychic possessing the Cyclone Gaia Memory gave Kyle the Joker memory and the buckle, facilitating the creation of a warrior who took out the gunmen with relative ease and safeguard the lives of the psychics as they made a successful escape.

Months later Kyle now runs the agency in his old boss's place, using it as a front in his hunt for the Dopants with the help of the psychics who allow him to assume the fighting form of a Kamen Rider. But it's too much for one warrior the time has come to locate a few other people to hand over the Metal and Trigger memories to. Three psychics, three normal people, all uniting to form three powerful warriors.

Character types:

Normals: Regular people that lack psychic abilities, they utilize the arsenal memories and determine the physical capabilities of a Rider. They do most of the physical work and allowing the psychics to focus on strategy.

Psychics: The psychics rescued from the Sonozaki family by Kyle Browning. They control the elemental memories. Through a form of astral projection they enter the body of their partner and determine the elemental properties of a rider and generally are the ones that handle the strategic part of fighting.

Gaia Memories:
Cyclone Memory: The Cyclone Memory, also known as the Windy Memory , allows the user to move at fast speeds, controlling the very power of wind, becoming the Windy Warrior. When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the green Cyclonic Right Half. Forms using the Cyclone Memory possess a silver cape-like cloth hanging from the neck.
Joker Memory: The Joker Memory, also known as the Trump Card Memory , allows the user to increase fighting potential, becoming the Skill Warrior . When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the black Trumping Left Half . When the Joker Memory is placed in the Maximum Slot on the Double Driver, it allows Double to execute the Joker Extreme Rider Kick.
Heat Memory : The Heat Memory, also known as the Hot Memory , empowers the user with the powers of the element of fire, becoming the Blazing Warrior .When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the red Heated Right Half.
Metal Memory : The Metal Memory, also known as the Steel Memory , empowers the user with great strength, becoming the Superpowered Warrior .When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the silver Fighting Spirit Left Half.
Luna Memory : The Luna Memory, also known as the Illusion Memory, allows the user to cast illusions, stretching limbs and bending gunshots, becoming the Mysterious Warrior. When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the yellow Fantastical Right Half.
Trigger Memory : The Trigger Memory turns the user into an expert marksman, becoming the Gun Warrior. When used, half of Kamen Rider Double becomes the blue Sniper Left Half
Fang: A unique Gaia Memory which has a dinosaur like Live Mode and a dinaosaur head like memory mode. When used half of Double becomes the white Fanged Right Half. Developed as a countermeasure by the Sonozakis for use against the riders.

History: A fairly good guy, though a little proud and irritable who was sort of the last person you would expect to see on Cyreion, after all he had little to no interest in technological stuff. It was all pretty much just complicated mumbo jumbo to him. No he preferred something a little more simple. A clash between two people fighting for glory, and possibly a big fat heap of cash: boxing. Yes back in the good old United States this young man was at one point an up and coming boxer, known for his exceptionally effective left hook which could knock out a guy in one shot, though his right hook wasnt bad either. Known as One-Shot Browning he had a pretty bright and lucrative future ahead of him as he KO'ed opponen after opponent in match after match, as if he were leaving some cheesy movie or video game fantasy. Chances are things would have been pretty nice for him if it werent for a certain problem of his.

Being a bit of a thrill seeker, he found himself with the compulsive need for various forms of gambling. First off, since he was only nineteen at the time it was highly illegal for him to even be engaging in serious gambling in the first place. But with a fake ID in hand and the fact that he was becoming increasingly well known people were willing to over look that. He was also a bit of a skirt chasing womanizer who found himself repeatedly getting in trouble because he messed with the wrong woman at the wrong time in many cases, all while losing a little more money to a casino. Soon enough he found himself rapidly racking up debt, and enemies at a rapid rate that not even his famous left hook could take out. He was in a mess of trouble and he needed a way out, and he needed it in a hurry! It was through a stroke of luck that he had ran into Detective Takuya Akatsuki who just happened to need a little extra muscle for his latest investigation. They struck a deal in which Takuya would sneak Kyle aboard Cyreion to hide out from his enemies in exchange for the particular type of help that his left hook could easily provide. Naturally Kyle accepted those terms.

With that he fled to Cyreion and more or less got a fresh start, apparently boxing wasnt that big of a deal there. He worked for Takuya, providing an intimidation factor to pressure suspects for information, even though he did tend to get distracted by the attractive local women more often than not. He was with Takuya in the night of the raid of the Sonozaki facility and was more or less responsible for the rescue of the three surviving psycics. The most important occurence of that night was something far more amazing, his fusing with the psychic owner of the Cyclone memory in order to become Kamen Rider CycloneJoker, more commonly known as Kamen Rider CyJoker, for the first time. The monumental events of that night were nonetheless overshadowed by the death of his old friend and employer which inspired him to continue hunting down the horrific Dopants of the Sonozaki family.

These days he runs his old friend's agency in order to attempt monitoring the activities of the Sonozakis, as well as preserve the legacy of his old buddy. Recently he put out a help wanted advertisement in order to scout for possible owners for the Trigger and Metal memories without having to leave the office. Despite the trouble it brought him in the past he still cant seem to stop flirting with nearly every woman he sees and taking every wager that comes his way. Old habits do die hard after all.

Bio:
Hikaru grew up in the slums of the more run down areas of Japan, an orphan he fell in with the rough crowd and learned to survive on his own. Though Hikaru wasn’t like the ruffians he hung out with, he was a kind, and earnest boy..who would often apologize to the ones he made trouble for. A trait that no doubt would earn him the hatred of the other children.

Knowing that he was destined for greatness, Hikaru was determined to get out of the little hell hole he was in, he wanted to make a name of himself, to do something that mattered. That was when he saw advertisements for the construction of a new man made island called Cyreion. At the time, they were looking for workers, and for people to take up residence there in exchange for labor during the construction...Hikaru couldn’t let this opportunity pass him by and decided to head to this man made island. When the island saw construction, Hikaru began to build his foundation, and began going to school...following graduation, Hikaru decided to follow his life long dream and enrolled with the local police force. Having just graduated from police academy, Hikaru is looking to make a name for himself by taking down the Sonozaki family.

Personality wise, Hikaru is a man that can often be describe as foolish, a hot blooded goof with an infamous reputation for being a klutz.

History: Born to a wealthy family, Celia grew up an only child. She was happy and kind, loving animals the most of all the living creatures. Her favorite was her pet dog, Aliah. Her parents knew their daughter was different from a very young age. Celia had the ability to see the true essence of things and peoples true intentions. Though they did their best to hide their daughters powers from others. One evening, 22 year old Celia came home from a night out to find her home burned to the ground and that her parents were killed in the blaze.

Though she knew her parents set aside an inheritance for her, all of Celia's inquiries came to dead ends. The money had vanished. Turning to her family friends Celia found herself shunned and forced onto the street. A month passed, though to Celia it seemed to be one long day, before she was awoken by a dark presence above her. A strange inhuman figure stood above the young woman, a ball of energy in its hand. Celia had no choice but to go with the creature and upon awakening from a blow to the head, discovered herself in a strange room with two other women.

Celia was informed by that she was a 'guest' of the Sonozaki family. Time past and Celia was forced to use her powers against her will in aid of 'Dopants'. During one test by her captors Celia was deemed the user of something called 'Luna'. She was later given a memory stick, learning it was a GaiaMemory, that was the Luna memory. Though by chance or by fate, Celia never had to use it for evil. Freed by Kyle and his boss, Celia was horrified to watch as the older man was killed protecting them.

Months later Celia lives in the agency with Kyle and uses her power to fight against the Dopants. She holds a daily memorial to Takuya Akatsuki as she usually wakes earlier then the rest and cooks the morning meal. She is generally caring of those she trusts, but that trust is difficult to gain.

History: Kengo was just a average kid who was in a horrible housing situation. The young boy's mom was a drug addict and a alcoholic and his father was a thug. Eventually his dad would be shot in a turf war, and his mom would overdose the next day. Kengo was thrown into a orphanage by the courts, but life would get better for soon after he was adopted. The couple were the Mitsuei's and their families were very wealthy. Now you would think this nice couple would just have a child of their own, but sadly Kimiko developed ovarian cancer at a young age. The cancer was removed at the cost of Kimiko's ovaries which lead to her wanting to adopt.

Kengo was soon enroled in private school at the age of seven, and he still had yet to recover from the loss of his family. The sheer site of seeing his mother have a seizure and start to foam at the mouth just wouldn't leave his head. Kids would pick on how weird Kengo would occasionally act in class, and for how in recess all he would do is sit up against the school with his face covered by a book. The Mitsuei's had enough calls from the school and listening to them about his behavior. With this they took their new son to see a child therapist so he could get over his parent's death. After three months of therapy Kengo seemed to be back to normal, and was able to actually become a great student.

Kengo's highschool was average for he had a good amount of friends and pretty good grades. Kengo didn't really do it around his friends, but a lot of the time whenever the family had guest or his parents had buisness partners over. Kengo was able to cook up magneficent meals and fool people for being a private chef. After high school Kengo began going to college, and is still going to get his culinary degree. This young adult doesn't honestly know much of his future, but he just hopes for the best when it comes to getting his degree.

Bio: Mimoza, though mostly of Japanese ancestry, is a bit of a oddball in that she can blend in in with other cultures easily with her numerous styles of dress that she owns. In fact, she likes dressing up in things other than a kimono, which her family insists that she wears since they are rather old fashioned. She doesn't mind it, but just wants some variety in her life...which is probably why she started to live on Cyreion about 3 years ago along with some of her relatives.

There, she could more easily dress up and not be called on it since people from all over the world lived there. Just because she was into fashion didn't mean she was just a one trick horse, however, as she was also a very good student at school that got more than satisfactory grades on her assignments. Things seemed to be going great for her...until the Sonozaki family came aboard the island.

Unfortunately for Mimoza, she was one of the three Psychics captured by the Sonozaki family, not really knowing about her powers until they were forcefully awakened by their "help". Terrified at what she was subjected to, Mimoza felt like she would lose her mind thanks to their treatments to awaken her latent psychic powers...thankfully, Kyle Browning and Detective Akatsuki soon broke her and the other Psychics out, and, though saddened by Detective Akatsuki's death, she was very grateful to Kyle for saving her...perhaps too grateful...

Mimoza has since taken an extreme liking to Kyle, as she follows him everywhere and tries to keep tabs on his position. She knows that she will be partnered up with the user of the Metal Memory down the line, but she would rather be with Kyle...naturally, she see's Asuka as in the way of their "love", and constantly tries to get in between them. Now, Mimoza isn't a bad person and will help the others...she's just devoted to Kyle above all else.

Bio: Asuka is a lovely young woman attending Cleo Academy -- an all-girls school conveniently located in the mobile island of Cyreion, away from many of the known sexual offenders in Japan. Because of that, Cleo Academy was one of the many schools that aided in making the mobile island the most technologically advanced city in the entire world, with many of the female graduates going on into various fields -- from Science and technology to international relations, due to Cyreion's reputation for having zero percent crime rate. It was in this environment that Asuka was able to grow up from a cute child to a buxom teenage girl excelling in Language -- both English and Japanese -- mathematics, and various other sciences. Though she still abided by a curfew set by her parents, she can freely go to her friends' various escapades, and not worry about encountering a mugger on her way home. That is, until the infamous Sonozaki crime family set foot on the mobile island while it was docked in Japan.

At first, Asuka continued to go about with her life as usual, with the only change being her mindfulness of a Sonozaki lackey that might pop about from behind the shadows. Because of that, she went about with two cans of pepper spray, one which she kept in her school bag, the other in her purse whenever she went to hang out with her friends from the Cleo Academy. One night, however, while walking home from a bowling party she attended with her friends, Asuka suddenly started to feel weird, as if Danger was lurking about. Needless to say, that weird feeling turned out to be a premonition of sorts, as two men wearing suits popped out from the Shadows. Sensing that the two men worked for the Sonozaki family, Asuka attempted to pull out her can of pepper spray to temporarily blind the two men, and hopefully escape to Cyreion's police station for some much-needed refuge. Unforturnately for her, the men were faster, as one bound her arms together, while the other put her to sleep with a chloroform-laced rag.

Regaining consciousness quite some time later, she found herself in a sort of lab, along with two others that have been taken by the Sonozaki family. Deciding to ask one of the two about what went on, Asuka learned that she has been taken due to her psychic abilities, which the Sonozaki family desired for their criminal operations. Rummaging through the pocket of her new White Overalls, Asuka found a most curious item -- a Green Gaia Memory with a stylized "C" printed on the sticker attached to it. Pressing the button, Asuka learned that the Gaia Memory in her hand is called "Cyclone". Asuka then notices that there are three devices dumped about in the same room as them, each with a slot seemingly meant for the Gaia Memories in their possession. Picking one of the devices up, she decides to make it her good luck charm, hoping that one day someone will come and free her, as well as the two other psychics, from their prison.

Surely enough, that time came in the form of Detective Akatsuki and Kyle Browning's raid on the facility in search of the false Gaia Memories supposedly stored in the same facility they were in. Though the two did not find the false Gaia Memories, they did free her and the two other psychics, allowing them to escape and return to their former lives. However, as she was making her escape, she noticed that Kyle and Detective Akatsuki were not so lucky, as the guards and the Dopants -- monsters resulting from people using the false Gaia Memories -- were hot on their heels. Witnessing Detective Akatsuki get gunned down by the guards, Asuka broke away from the other two psychics making their escape, and went on to join Kyle. Fishing into her pocket once more upon remembering the feeling of two Gaia Memories stored in her pocket, she gives Kyle the other Gaia Memory -- a dark purple one with a stylized "J" -- and held up the device she took from the room she was trapped in. Though she did not know a whole lot about the device either, she told Kyle the basic function of the Device, known as the DoubleDriver, and instructed him on how to use it. It was at that point that a partnership between them formed, as the two of them used the Cyclone and Joker Gaia Memories to become Kamen Rider CycloneJoker to keep the guards and the Dopants at bay.

Since that time, Asuka has spent time at the detective agency Kyle inherited from Detective Akatsuki, reading up on current events, and watching the news on a television Kyle picked up from a recycling center for use in his office. Being a psychic, Asuka has access to a special library that only she and the two other psychics can access. Although she does get exasperated with Kyle's constant womanizing, as well as his penchant of flipping up her skirt from time to time, she vowed to support him in the investigation, and as such will put up with such perverted tendencies.
