They had one scheduled, but it apparently won't be made due to lack of time to work on it (Shirakura's twitter).

I guess that explains the missing scenes that appeared in trailers, and also likely suggests that we'll get Kaneda again for the next SHT, considering how the new SHT is the only movie that might be on production around this time. :disappoin
