Yeah indeed. IMO if he's serious he can be way more frightening than the Greeeds.

But for now I can still tolerate (and sometimes enjoy) his eccentricity ^^,

Kogami is a lot better when he's not acting like an escaped asylum inmate. Why could they have not made him like this 100% of the time?

So true, I actually took that crazy kook seriously for once in this episode during that scene (except when he yelled "Happy Birthday" @ random).

He's now starting to show his true colors... i think this episode goes to show that Kougami is an alternate villain, instead of just OOO's benefactor. :169:

I doubt it.........because Kougami was basically threatening Ankh by using OOOs as a victim. And even Ankh has a "potential alternate villain" title on him as well, so Kougami is still basically a neutral affiliation at this point while Ankh is suspect.

Kougami's actor is a really good one. But for this role....I dont think he even cares and is in it just for the $$

I thought that was self-explanatory. Yes, 60% means the amount of Cell Medals that Ankh has to give up for EVERY TIME he collects Cell Medals from a Yummy.

You know, his behavior and another fan's comments have me curious about what happens when he becomes a Yummy and starts eating cell medals. Do they become core medals?
