Just because Eiji said he was in India recently doesn't mean the flash back of the little girl is from India. As far as I know India isn't a war zone and that flash back is most definitely one. He seemed pretty capable with the detective's gun and he is already a pretty good fighter. This leads me to believe that he's had at least basic fight and weapons training from the Japanese Self Defense force or maybe the UN Peace Keepers.

Really? I mean dropping hints like "I was already in India" is TV 101 and almost every Rider as no training before they become Riders but still know how to fight.
