anyway this is my 1st KR series hehe is there anything I should to prepare? Is it very different from Super sentai?

In my point of view, KR is for older audience, and plots get complicated, not much robots and huge monster stuff. W or OOO would be a good start for you because it has a lighter tone and is not that serious. I suggest you watch older series like Kuuga after you get used to it.
