Well Greed is released by a hand made cell medal.... which we assume it was ankh.....

This episode demonstrated how the Cheetah legs are better kickers than the Grasshopper legs. What the heck...

That's only because of the sheer speed the Cheetah legs give Eiji.

Just look at how fast he ran to Uva after changing.

And also in episode 4 where he kicked through the Cat Yummy, or... Ran though actually.

Before people start getting confused again, yes, it was Ankh who released them. He was the hand that was made of Cell Medals because the Taka Core Medal was outside the tomb somehow and it responded to the robber's greed which caused him to take form. Ankh opened the seal which later became Eiji's OOO Driver.

That said, it's pretty implicit in the way the first episode was shot that Kougami expected something like this to happen. He may well have arranged it.

Yeah that's what I thought too. If OOO sealed them 800 years ago, it wouldn't be that easy for Ankh to unseal the tomb. Besides if he was in the tomb in the first place, how did he get out?

I'm pretty sure that IF, ok I'm saying a BIG IF here.

Kougami's probably planned this from the start so when the Greeeds have been released, he would have OOO take them out and once OOO goes out of control, consumed by his own greed, Kougami would harvest that power for his own agenda. Probably Foundation X related.
