For Showa I'm not sure cuz I only saw a ZO movie, but for Heisei I consider Kuuga and Agito to be the same world just in diff towns / cities I guess, and from Ryuki all the way to Kiva they're all each individually separate alternate timelines / stories of their own.
Now when Decade came along, things start to get a little confusing. First of all there's the above mentioned 9 years of riders all in their own respective worlds, and the worlds of the DCD riders, such as hobo Agito, CEO Blade, chibi hibiki and wataru and so forth. A 3rd set of worlds appear, represented by the recurring actors for Kiva and Blade which is like a spin-off odf the first mentioned set of worlds but not directly relating to it but only in costumes and riders, since we never have any explanations as to what they are, only fan-guess.
And then came along the W / DCD crossover movie taisen 2010, where it expanded on W and concluded the "so-called" story of DCD, and thus proving to us that there are 2 separate set of W worlds just like the previous 9 before DCD (not counting the first set that I mentioned).
So as movie taisen 2011 appears(as well as in A to Z) there is a character that shows up and his name is OOO. His world appears to be the same as W, only in different parts of the town or a different city completely (just like how the first set of Kuuga and Agito worlds were related). However, the OOO that appears in W is not the one that we see in the TV show, since the movie core 2011 hasn't been fully explained yet or connected to the show, nor has OOO the show itself ended yet.
Basically we should just wait until OOO the show ends and watch the movie when its available to us first and then decide on whether all this fits or not, as well as the 40th anniversary movie. :coolshades:
