Hey i didn't noticed that this whole time he has been called OOO but never Kamen Rider OOO.

Some shows never mention it outside of the OP. Hibiki, for instance.

The way I see it, there's no reason Maki would WANT to try to get in CakeBoss!'s better opinion, unless CakeBoss! had more going on to him then meets the eye.

After all, there's gotta be a reason why Kazari hasn't considered murdering him for more cores he likely has.

What about funding? You don't antagonize the guy who pays for your research. But I also agree with you that Kougami's got more going on than we know about at this point.
