A white Panda Medal is to be given out with the March 2011 issue of Televi-Kun magazine. It is for use in the Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbaride game where it is a Core Medal that allows Kamen Rider OOO to use the Panda Arms.

I think it might still be active as long as Cazari is hanging around with Maki

He has a tendency to double cross and I wouldn't put it past him to steal the Birth Driver from Maki or Date
