Cell Medals are supposed to be put inside his belt.
He's able to change his arm into construction site equipment. There are 6 in total, 2 of them are Crane and Drill.
Scorpion and Crab Cell Medals are included with the toy.

ShaUTa combo's debut is in February.
The arms are equipped with whips that glows.
He has 4 legs. The legs are able to spin like the octopus can.

So he can replace Cell Medals with Core Medals, or are Core Medals just not mentioned because they were part of a false rumor?
