A simple passerby...
After seeing Episode 3, I think it's clear that Eiji's got this internal conflict with always having to save people because of his past.
I also noticed that when Ozu performs his finisher, his legs became Grasshopper legs.
I may be wrong here, but this is what I'm guessing so far. Ozu can't transform into "full" colored forms because it would render him into becoming as dangerous as the Greeeds themselves because the power is really overwhelming.
My guess here is that once Ozu gets all of his medals and tries to enter to a full yellow/green/red combo, he goes out of control, only to realize why he fights. Maybe that's where we get to see more into his past.
So, I'm really not worried about things not being explained as of yet about Eiji. I'm more worried about things being explained about the relationships and stories of each Greeed being revealed.
