Kamen Rider Legend (Sign Up)

Kain

Lurker
Throughout every era of history, in every civilization to ever rise and fall throughout the centuries all of them shared one thing in common: myths, fables, stories and legends which told of frightening beasts, which were often human like, which would prey on humanity. And as all of us know all legends have roots in sort sort of truth, and these frightening tales are no different, in fact they are more true than most. In truth all of these beasts are members of an ancient race known as the Garoh, a race which feeds upon the terror and despair of humans causing them to go out of their way to torment their victims before finally killing them, and very few have survived an encounter with one of them and retained the sanity needed to accurately tell the tale causing the numerous (and very inconsistent) explanations and possible origins of these horrific creatures. What has consistently remained unknown about these legends were the heroes that had always risen up to fight these horrific beasts. Heroes which (in most cases) donned a sacred armor which allowed them to utterly destroy any Garoh beasts they encountered.

When the history of the beasts is thoroughly examined it can be seen that huge surges of them arise every century due to a rare celestial alignment which causes their blood to boil and greatly strengthen them, which in turn invigorates them to appear frequently and in larger numbers than usual. During each of these surges the heroes, whose origins remain unknwon to this very day, have always risen up and defeated them before too many people were hurt. This is possible through a cycle of reincartnation in which the heroes are reborn and eventually inherit the powers of their predecessor while getting a few fragments of ancient memories in the process which allow them to easily use the powers bestowed upon them.

Once again the time of a Garoh surge is upon us, and the heroes will soon awaken to fulfill their destiny. The lives of several young people will be forever changed as they become humanity's newest defenders. But even then wether or not they are heroes depends solely on them.

Riders:

-The one made into three-
The Trinity Riders:
At first these powers were all weilded by one single hero, but with an event which split the original warrior's soul into thirds the power was also divided. Because of this these riders resemble each other greatly and two can temporarily give their powers to another allowing them to temporarily become Kamen Rider Trinity. Due to the power split their personalities tend to be a bit influenced when henshined.

-The Voice of reason-
Kamen Rider Gold: Takuji Enomoto
agito_g_3.jpg

An unarmed fighter with balanced abilities, is usually the most even tempered when henshined and often has to be the voice of reason among the trinity riders.

-The Unrelenting Aggressor-
Kamen Rider Blaze: Aiden Gillford
agito_f.jpg

The strongest of the trinity riders which fights with a powerful sword, is the most hot headed and aggressive of the Trinity Riders.

-The Impulsive Fighter-
Kamen Rider Storm: Kayin Kawaguchi
agito_s_2.jpg

The fastest of the Trinity riders which uses a staff to fight, is often very energetic and out of control

------

-The Warrior of Instinct-
Kamen Rider Beast: Alan Geist
gils_3.jpg

A rider that is unique in the fact that rather than donning a sacred suit of armor, his skin composition changes into a harder more durable skin which causes pain to anything that makes physical contact with it and grows an exoskeleton of sorts which covers vital areas. Fighting with a mix of wild fury and natural instincts he is more than a match for most Garoh he encounters.

-The Lost Ones-
The Dark Riders:
Two riders which have melded Garoh powers with powers of their own, they have a tendency to lean toward the dark side, and even behave in a villainous manner. Thwey often clash with the others and occasionally work against them.

-The Self-Made King-
Kamen Rider Diablo: available
agito_b.jpg

The power and aggression of Kamen Rider Blaze, the wild fighting of Kamen Rider Beast would be the best way to describe this fierce warrior. Previous warriors to assume this identity had a tendency to be condescending and cocky.

-The Predator-
Kamen Rider Daemon: Isolde Abendroth
another_agito.jpg

The predator that feeds on the the Garoh. Daemon is the only rider which can actually devour weaknend Garoh which is the reason for the monster like appearance.

Bikes:
Will be added when introduced to the rpg

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Beast

History: A relatively normal college student who has more or less devoted himself to two things: designing the most kickass vehicles in human history and hooking up with as many women as he possibly can while he is at it. Though for the time being he has been more or less stuck working as a mechanic and fixing the stuff made by others, which annoys him greatly. recently he left his small home town in the middle of nowhere to travel and try and find some inspiration for what he refers to as his "Automotive Art." and has recently arived in the country of Japan which was more or less known for churning out heaps of awesome stuff, as well as some weird stuff too. Plus he found Asian women hot, and they were pretty damn talented when it came to all thing's fanservice related so he figured it would be worth his time to make a trip there.

What he didnt know was that he would come face to face with some rather freaky beasts that looked like they would scare the **** out of hardcore horror movie fans. But that wasnt the biggest suprise though, the encounter with the Garoh beast more or less forced his latent powers to activate and make him prematurely awaken as Kamen Rider Beast. With the instictive abilities that came with his powerful rider form he easily defeated the Garoh and ripped it to bits like it was nothing more than a tissue, leaving one hell of a mess behind in the process. He found that he couldnt easily transform back though, and was forced to bring himself to the brink of exhaustion before he could transform back into his normal self. Naturally he was very shaken by the whole experience, and quite shocked by the fact that he was even capable of doing what he had just done. With a little effort he managed to get back to his hotel with what was left of his energy and eagerly fell asleep.

From then on he began to display greater physical strength, perfect eyesight, a powerful sense of hearing, an acute sense of hearing, rapid healing, and a much higher tolerance for pain as a result of Kamen Rider Beast's unique physical makeup. He also began experiencing odd dreams which involved others wearing armor which resembled his other form. He felt that this was no coincidence, and that those from his dreams were just as real as the monster he faced on that fateful night and has made the decision to seek them out in hopes of discovering the mysteries that surround his newfound abilities, as well as the mysteries surrounding the creature he had dealth with on that fateful night.

And while his awakening as Kamen Rider Beast has given him a number of benefits it has come at a cost. The process of transforming is usually pretty painful, causing him to rely on painkillers to function normally after he transforms, it is also quite tiring causing him to pass out frequently or randomly take naps in the middle of the day. Finally he sometimes involuntarily transforms when he is faced with a powerful sure of emotion, forcing him to make himself keep his emotions in check in any occasion where he isnt planning to fight.

Soundtrack:
1. Uninstall (Main theme)
2. Impulse (Kamen Rider Beast's Battle theme)
3. TNT (Alan's theme)

Name: Isolde Abendroth

Age: 30

Appearance:
warcprofileih4.jpg

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Daemon

History: Isolde is of German heritage, her family tree indicating that she had a small amount of noble blood present in her. When she was just a little girl, she would often hear stories from her grandmother of their ancestors. One particular chilling story was of Princess Abendroth and how she one day just flew into a psychotic rage, murdering her servants, husband, and a good number of peasants. Her son was spared, hence why the line was able to continue.

That story was stuck in the back of Isolde's mind as she went through life, getting through high school, getting a rather good job in the office sector, and even got married at the age of 25. Even after her grandmother passed away 3 years after that, that story was still stuck in Isolde's mind for some reason. She would try to ignore it, but things would change on her and her husband's 5th year anniversary...

On that day, as they were on their way home from seeing the sights of the town and enjoying an exquisite dinner, the couple were beset and forced into an alley by some thugs. Isolde's husband gave them the money they wanted, trying to avoid conflict, but when one of the thugs made advances towards Isolde, he attempted to fight back and was stabbed in the shoulder for his attempted heroism.

It was at this point that Isolde's eyes went from scarlet red to haunting yellow reptile-like eyes at the sight of her husband's blood. She literally ripped one of the thugs apart, much to the horror to those present. All that was left afterward were just pieces here and there and copious amounts of blood...which included her husband. It seemed that Isolde's grandmother told this to her for a reason: her blood was cursed, as Princess Abendroth was the being known as Kamen Rider Daemon during her time, having also started her rampage at the age of 30 and at the sight of her husband's blood. Understanding her twisted destiny, Isolde headed to Japan, where she could sense the Garoh rising...she was ready to feast, and heaven help anything that was in her way...

Even before her change, Isolde was an aggressive woman who tried to make a name for herself, having a take charge attitude and not taking any lip from anyone. Now that her cursed blood has awoken, she still has those traits, though she delights in carnage and blood lust, never getting enough of it. If she has remorse for her actions, it's hard to tell behind that deranged face. She does seem to long some for her husband, even though she was the one who killed him...which doesn't seem to bother her much, honestly...

Name: Takuji Enomoto

Age: 22

Appearance:
AnimeGuyRP.jpg

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Gold

History: A level-headed young man who lived in the United States to pursue a bachelor's degree in computer science, Takuji was, in fact, born and raised in the main branch of the wealthy Enomoto family -- well-known for its advanced robotics programs, as well as the various, highly-rated Maid cafes located all over the country (one of which his sister worked in). While he did use the family fortune to pursue higher education, Takuji did not rely on it alone. He also exhibited a gifted mind, as well as commendable work ethic, to enter a prestigious university in the United States. Little did the young man know that his destiny lies far beyond being a skilled computer programmer that will allow him to help his cousin, who chose to pursue a career in robotics.

Returning to Japan shortly after his graduation, Takuji rode quietly on the family limousine, taking in the sights and sounds of Japan as if he were a tourist on vacation. However, one sight he did not expect to see was that of a strange creature lurking in the shadows. Commanding his driver to stop the limousine, Takuji immediately jumped out and began to rush toward the monster, noticing that it was slowly stalking a young child walking home from school. Knowing this, the young man immediately rushed in and tackled the monster -- known as the Garoh -- in hopes of allowing the child to run to safety. While he succeeded in saving the child, Takuji now found himself in a difficult situation, as the Garoh began to pound him repeatedly in response to his interference. Feeling his life slip away slowly, the bloodied Takuji looked weakly at the Garoh, expecting it to inflict a final and fatal wound on him. Instead, however, a mysterious light began to glow within the area, blinding and enveloping both Takuji and the Garoh before it finally dissipated. As it did, however, Takuji noticed that he was no longer wearing his street clothes; rather, his body was clothed in Black and gold armor. Looking at a puddle of water nearby, he noticed that his head was covered in a dragon-like helmet with big, red bug eyes. Above all else, Takuji felt a sort of energy flow through his body -- a strange sort of energy that seemed to replenished a lot of stamina that was lost as a result of the beatdown he received moments ago. Aware of the strength he had gained, Takuji focused on the Garoh once more, and began to attack it once more. This time, however, he emerged as the final victor of the fight.

Still confused about his new identity long after the fight ended (as well as a tongue-lashing from his sister and cousin for the injuries he incurred during the fight), Takuji looked through the family tree in the Enomoto family library, and discovered that at one point, one of the family's ancestors had become Kamen Rider Gold as well, and fought the same kinds of monsters he had just encountered. Realizing that a greater purpose had emerged in front of him, Takuji decided that he would use his newfound Kamen Rider powers to the fullest, so that he can protect others from the threat of the Garoh.

Though he is a cool, calm person, Takuji is not to be mistaken for a lazy slacker, especially in battle. As such, he is also the one who tries to keep the impulsive Storm and the rash Blaze in line -- though his efforts usually end in failure because of each riders' respective natures. Nonetheless, he gives his best in keeping the two in check, and goes as far as to rally them when things get tough -- whether it be in the battle against the Garoh, or life in general.

Name: Kayin Kawaguchi

Age: 17

Appearance: A somewhat tall young man with light brown skin and straight black hair. His eyes are brown and his hair is long and unkempt. He wears jeans, a white shirt, and a red jacket. The jacket, his black sneakers, and the wheels of his skates are all rather worn. He carries around his red skates and a bag containing a change a clothes (nice blue button-down shirt, black pants), a book, his mother’s picture, a ring, and any useful items he happens to come across, such as extra food.

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Storm

History: An energetic and passionate individual, Kayin’s origins are humble enough. A child of an African-American mother and a Japanese immigrant, he grew up with just his mother. She had a childish nature about her and a love for stories that she introduced Kayin to. Following her example, he held onto a sort of innocent love for the good of the world long after childhood.

Throughout his early teens, Kayin spent much of his time outside of school, wandering the city he lived in and outside of it, usually on skates. He was rather skilled at roller blading, and dabbled a bit in parkour as he explored the world around him. Needless to say that his mother wished that he’d spend more time in school and let her know where he was, but she could see a love for life in him that stopped her from getting too mad. And so, he kept doing it.

Kayin’s childish life seemed destined to continue forever, until one day when he returned home to find out something horrible - his mother had been murdered. Not by any Garoh, but by a normal man with a gun.

He spent a number of months after that in self-blaming sadness. He hadn’t been there when he might have helped her. But the values of his youth remained strong in him, and Kayin, now without a place to return to anyway, began to wander further and further away from the city of his birth, though now he was on a mission. Everywhere he went, he tried to help people or stop ‘bad guys’. He was beaten up a number of times, but he never stopped. So the first time he did see a Garoh, he knew just what to do.

Or at least, he thought he knew. He fought it using skills gained during his wandering, a wily and evasive style. He did better than some people might have, perhaps, but while it was having trouble getting a hold of him, he wasn’t actually hurting it either.

Kayin felt useless once again, and began to hit harder and harder, crying out as he refused to be defeated like this. As he got sloppier, he was hit a number of times himself, and he still hadn’t harmed the thing. That was when he finally awakened as Storm.

His attacks still weren’t as strong as those of some other Riders, perhaps, but when he realized that he was hurting the thing, he returned to his previous fighting style, happily circling just out of reach and striking at it whenever he found an opening until it fell.

Kayin had always been one to follow his heart, and soon after his powers manifested, his heart told him to head to Japan. He had little money, of course, and nothing that he could sell for enough to get there. What would a hero in a storybook do? That was when Kayin got the bright idea of sneaking aboard a boat. It worked, but only because he was extremely lucky. With his enhanced speed and skill he made it on board easily enough, but he wasn’t noticed because the boat happened to be taking a collection of armor and statues that he fit into well enough that no one really took a second look or would have until they arrived. By then, he was able to sneak off as easily as he’d gotten on.

A new life in a new land was now before him, a frightening thought really, but Kayin would approach it the same way he approached anything: using his heart rather than his head.

Never seen you before but judging by your bio your gonna be a welcome addition to the rpg, welcome aboard

The soundtrack has been added so now you dudes can begin submitting songs for it

Reserve Blaze for me, and I'll have my profile done soon.

And this is cool how you take riders, and then just give them different names, and make a whole rp around it.

Aiden's Theme- Bloody Sunday by U2
Kamen rider Blaze's theme song- Firestarter by The Prodigy

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Blaze

History: Aiden was born into the Gilford family which was very wealthy. Aiden's was born in London. Aiden went to private school all his life, so he wasn't exposed to the cruelty of the real world though instead of playing lacrosse or soccer Aiden picked up martial arts. Studying Judo, and Tae Kwon Do. Aiden was happy at his success at Martial arts, and he knew that he would love it till the day he died. Even though he was looked up as rich, and stuck up the only problem Aiden had was he was short tempered, easily angered.

Aiden's story of becoming a rider started out one late night after practice. Aiden had became a assistant to his Sensei, and would normally have to stay later then when he was a student. Aiden walked home, because of the exercise, and he needed to stay in shape. While walking home he saw a shadowy figure chasing after a women, and he said," Hey you stop." Aiden ran after the figure, but when he got there it was feeding on the women. Aiden saw the creature tear her limbs off, and he was disgusted. Aiden ran towards the Garoh, and threw a kick to its back. The Garoh turned, and looked at Aiden, and he kept his fighting stance, and said," You aren't going to get away with this." Aiden threw another kick, and the Garoh grabbed Aiden's leg, and threw him up against the ally wall. Knowing there was no hope Aiden knew he was going to die, but then a red aura appeared around him, and Aiden stood up, and said," You are going to pay for her life which you took away." Aiden was set ablaze, and when the fire calmed down he was covered in red, and black armor.

Aiden had no idea of what this armor was, but he was sure as hell not going to complain. Aiden stood up, and the Garoh threw a punch at him, and it didn't even make Aiden move. Seeing the new strength he had Aiden was know going to make the Garoh pay dearly. The Garoh threw a kick, and Aiden grabbed his leg, and he said," Well I wonder how you like it." Aiden threw the Garoh into the ally wall, and he then said," I am sorry, but those who kill have no sympathy from me." Aiden grabbed the Garoh by its neck, and he front kicked it in the gut as he let go of his neck. Out of the ally the Garoh thought about running, but he wanted to kill Aiden. As Aiden walked out of the ally he drew a sword from his belt. Aiden saw the flames began to surround his sword, and Aiden said," This is it I hope you love these flames, because the ones in hell are hotter." Aiden ran, and slashed the Garoh in half. The two halves disintegrated, and the armor disappeared. Aiden was happy he was able to make the Garoh pay, but he was sad for the women.

Aiden tried to do all the research he could, but all he found was pictures of others with similar armor as his. Aiden saw the signs in the background, and he said," Well I need to find out more information, so I guess I'm going to Japan." Aiden took his families private jet to Tokyo, and thought," Whatever happens I need to know that these people are my allies." On the plane to Tokyo Aiden took a small nap, but while he slept he saw images of medieval knights fighting against the Garoh, and losing. Aiden then saw glances of the same armor he had on fighting the Garoh, and the men cheering. Aiden was awoken by the plane landing, and he said," Did I make that up or am I remembering something?"
