I'll take on Diablo. I'll have the profile up as ASAP, and the name will be Andy Zennos.

Appearance: Andy is rather a boy with a scar over his left eye and long brown hair until his soulders, that he sometimes ties as a ponytail behind his head. He always wear a basketball shirt and 3 rings, one on his right hand on the fourth finger and 2 on left hand one oh his pointing finger and his middle finger and a bling-bling with a skull on it. He has green eyes and oftens wear a black sweater with the logo "Quiksilver" on it.
Bio: Andy is a normal boy that lives by himself since his parent's death in a rented room in an apartment. He lives a gangster's life, breaking laws, action all cocky sometimes. He is quite hot headed. The first time he transformed was when the moon was full and a beast sneaked up on him feeling the energy from him. He defended himself and looked at the moon as it turned red for some reasons, but was shot with a fireball, which altered his fired up transformation. He stood up burning, transformed and with tremendous strength beats up the monster and kills it with ease. He reverts back and found his power awesome and started to use it on the people he hated. Without knowing, it drains his life energy, using too much, he develops a heart problem, one that cannot be cured unless he takes another Rider's powers, which he is seeking to do so. He does not fear death, but wants to get rid of the pain as it gets in his way while fighting. His finisher is the Hell Kick, a Kick done by jumping in the air and spinning and kicking the monster with two legs, with a huge amount of heat causing his legs to lit on fire. He calls himself King over the Underworld, as he believes his power is most strongest, and has not been defeated so far.
Andy, who usually beats up a lot of people, one day, was looking for a victim. He didn't find one, but was confronted by a mysterious man, wearing white clothing. The man spoke to him "You don't know how to use your power wisely, Lost One. Even the previous Lost Ones knew their limits. Please re decide what you will do with it. If not, it will only bring you corruption." and angry wit those words, Andy transformed and tried to punch the man, but he disappeared. "Goddammit! Lost One? Not using my powers wisely? Who is he to tell me that... I swear the next time I will kill him if I find him." said Diablo angry. As he reverts back to normal, Andy thought "But maybe he's right... This thing is kinda boring... I could be using it for the greater good. Bah! I'm no hero!" and he started to walk away when he he thought again "But I could try to be one..." and slammed his fist against the wall cracking a huge hole. Andy from then on, does not use his power for evil much, but he does when he's bored. He rides a bike (similar to Kabuto's), a red one, and when he transforms, his logo appears on the front and the bike is covered with black and blue flames. His bike could transform into a dragon like machine to help support him in his battle, but when normal, he rides a bike (like Ashihara Ryou aka Gills normal one).
