she's one of the Checkmate 4, known as Queen. Otoya did not fell in love with her, more of trapped by her beauty (ain't what he said always to Yuri?)

She's played by Kaga Misakai, more of a budding actress (best new comer on Japan's Academy Award) than the regular Gravure.

I must say, the Gothic beauty look have trapped my heart already. If not, get more cursed by her sweet voice here
