Thousands of years ago thirteen demonic races existed which viewed humanity as little more than a food source. Through this they were widely feared and became the stuff of legends that had been passed down throughout the ages. The most prosperous of those thirteen races was the Fangire, beastly humanoids with skin resembling stained glass windows who blended in among humans and drained the life force from them, and in the process creating legends about vampires. As powerful as they were they like all others with power, were afraid of losing that power, and thus launched a massive campaign which eliminated the vast majority of the other clans, leaving only the Kivat tribe unharmed as the Kivat clan had forged a pact with the Fangire to infuse them with even more power through special armors crafted for the strongest of the Fangire. But even then there were divisions in the Fangire ranks, divisions which led to an all out civil war between between them. The effects of this civil war devasted that Fangire's numbers and forced them to go into hiding for thousands of years. Some continued their human hunting ways in secret while maintaining a world wide secret society, while others gave up that way of life after dissatisfaction with past events. During all of this time those Kivats who had forged pacts with the fangire generals have followed their bloodlines , watching over any descendants they may have in order to grant them their ancestors special armor should they ever need it...........
Fast forward to the present day, all over the world their are reports of strane dissapearances and rumors of strange beast that may or may not be connected. After years of hiding and waiting the Fangire have built up numbers large enough to restart their campaign to remove humans as the dominant species of the planet. In addition other demon races like the Wolfen, Merman, Franken, and the presumed extinct Legendorga who had been in hiding as well have begun to reappear in order to take revenge on the Fangire. In the midst of the chaos the Kivats have sought out the descendants of their former masters in order bestow their power upon them, as well as the freedom to do whatever they wish with that power.

Suits of armor crafted by the Kivat clan as a symbol of their pact with the Fangire clan. For a Fangire to own one was a symbol of both strength and status among the fangire as only a few elite generals and the King possessed them.

A versatile armor crafted for the successor of the title of King which was meant to guard it's user as well as prepare them for the rigorous effects of the King's armor. Posseses weapons meant for destroying specific demon races.

A unique armor which is summoned via a subspecies of the Kivat known as the Sagarc. In the past it was a ceremonial armor worn by those who held the title of Bishop who oversaw all of the Fangire's religion related activities. Though a ceremonial armor, it is still quite powerful, in the past there were many Sagarcs, thus many Fangire wore this armor, but these days only one Sagarc remains who will only serve the descedant of it's first wearer.

Was worn by one of the most infamous Fangire generals and the King's former second in command before a series of events which started the Fangire civil war. Originally it was used to execute traitors within their society by shattering their bodies and absorbing their souls.

Kamen Rider Imperius (aka Dark Kiva) MUST BE FULL FANGIRE!!!!
The legendary armor of the King which struck fear into all of the enemies which stood before it, excelling in practically every area it was meant for utterly dominating foes and taking on groups of enemies by itself. Unfortuneately its power is a bit much for even a full blooded Fangire often requiring years of strengthing one's body and time as Kiva in the past. It's power can only be used sparingly, about two henshins a day (three if you dont minbd being in a coma for a day) and requiring much rest aftwerwards. Overusing this armor could result in death. Would kill anyone that isnt a full fangire after one use

With the Valkyrie Saber, the wearer specialized in precise strikes to weak points on an enemy's body.

A long lost fangire armor which had been crafted by a relative of the Fangire King for the purpose of usurping the throne and claiming leadership over the Fangire race. It posses many of the same strengths as the Imperius armor, but is far less taxing on the body. It lacks the fuestles of the Imperius armor, but posses the long lost Zanvat Sword which was stolen by usurper. It's Kivat partner is more or less willing to serve whatever fangire, or half fangire who seems interesting enough.

Zanvat Fuestle: Summons the once thought to be lost Zanvat Sword which is said to be able to cut through any material known to man. By using the fuestle a second time the user can execute a powerful finisher

At a classified point in time the World Wide Wing Association , aka 3WA, captured a member of the Kivat clan and studied it's physical composition and properties in order to create a cybernetic replica codenamed Reyvat which could create an armor very similar to the Fangire armors that is usable by only normal humans. By doing away with all ranged weapons weapons the Rey armor has been optimized for melee combat. Currently 3WA is working on a mass production variant of the armor.

Bio: Long ago in ancient times when the Fangire clan was first beginning to make itself known with their genocide of the various other clans, there was one who was particularly feared among them, a warrior simply known as Arc. A brutal conqueror who had served as the Fangire King's general and body guard during their massive campaigns to wipe out and devour the other clans. In time he became even more widely feared than the King himself, and the fact that Arc had a rather increasingly close relationship with the Queen caused the King to view Arc as a threat causing him to eventually turn on his Arc. Angered by this Arc massed together a large of Fangire which had remained loyal to him and eventually started a war between the two factions of Fangire. For a time Arc had managed to force the other faction into submission, but eventually his forces were overwhelmed by their massive numbers and Arc's forces were forced into obscurity. For many years after that Arc and his remaining followers secretly plotted their revenge to overthrow the other Fangire and conquer the rest of the world in order to prove his power. But as time when on and civilization advanced causing the rest of the fangire to go into hiding arc and his followers soon went into hiding and dissapeared as well.
Many years later in a time where the one once known as Arc had lost his memories of his previous life, causing him to believe he had nothing more than a bad case of amnesia and eventually adopted a new identity before going on to live a rather normal life and start a seemingly normal family. And that was when Will came into the picture, while looking no different from an average person there was always a hint that he wasnt exactly ordinary either as he always seemed to be more than a little superior than his peers. For a time it seemed like all would be well but fate being a rather cruel bitch, that all changed with the reappearance of one of Arc's old followers, the mere sight of which caused Arc to regain his memories. His two identities clashed and he commited suicide in a fit of madness, his body was never found due to the way Fangire die and thus it was just said that he dissapeared.
Many years later his son Will continued to live a fairly normal life as a university student and talented baseball player with several major league teams looking to recruit him. He had a bright future ahead of him and didnt let the traumatic incident of his childhood hold him back, it was actually quite inspiring to a few people. But once again his father's old minions intervened now that he was of the proper age to unlock his latent powers as a half-fangire. They kidnapped him and took him to their old base of operations where they explained his purpose as well as the hidden history of his father, leaving him stunned and speechless before his stubborn nature kicked in once more and attempted to get the hell out of there. His father's followers though werent exactly willing to take no for an anwser causing them to surround him and try to forcibly bring out his abilities. It was then that the Arc Kivat descended upon them and flew into Will's hands, telling Will to allow him to unlock his latent abilities so he could get away. With that he allowed the Arc Kivat to bite his hand before a belt formed around his waist which the Arc Kivat enthusiastically perched itself on. It was then that he truly became the new Arc and used his newfound powers to escape from his captors while destroying several in the process.
Sometime later when he escaped he transformed back into his normal self and had quite a few questions about the Fangire as well as why he helped him when the others were bent on somehow controlling him. The Arc Kivat explained that he was loyal to whoever held the name of Arc, no matter what their goals or purposes were and then went on to explain just what the Fangire were and what they did. It was that day that he had decided to go against his father's dark legacy and use his newfound powers to protect others from the Fangire threat, as well as the threat of the other demon clans. He has currently traveled oversas to Japan to hide out from his father's minions as, which also serves as the current base of operations for the Fangire royal family.

He views all of humanity as cattle, which exist solely to feed the Fangire race, though he does find human women rather "entertaining" which he believes is superior to all other beings on earth. To him everything he touches, is his property especially the Queen, despite her habits of going out and having affairs with other men, one of which sparked the great fangire Civil war. Though when it comes to promiscuity the Queen's habits were nothing compared to his own, much like the Greek god Zeus he would often go out and spend quite a bit of time with random human women. Chances are that he has fathered many half fangire children all over the place, but for the most part he couldnt care less about them. These days his age has begun to catch up with him, leading him to pass on Kurovat to a new successor in hopes of ensuring his race's supremacy. Though should the need arise, or should he just feel like it he can easily call Kurovat back to him and wreak a little havoc in the Imperius armor.

Bio: While it seemed like the Legendorga race went extinct due to the Fangire Clan's paranoid bloodlust, this was not that case. Sometime later when he escaped he transformed back into his normal self and had quite a few questions about the Fangire as well as why he helped him when the others were bent on somehow controlling him. The Arc Kivat explained that he was loyal to whoever held the name of Arc, no matter what their goals or purposes were and then went on to explain just what the Fangire were and what they did. It was that day that he had decided to go against his father's dark legacy and use his newfound powers to protect others from the Fangire threat, as well as the threat of the other demon clans. He has currently traveled oversas to Japan to hide out from his father's minions as, which also serves as the current base of operations for the Fangire royal family.

Bio: The current fangire King whose reign has lasted longer than all of his predecessors. He views all of humanity as cattle, which exist solely to feed the Fangire race, though he does find human women rather "entertaining" which he believes is superior to all other beings on earth. To him everything he touches, is his property especially the Queen, despite her habits of going out and having affairs with other men, one of which sparked the great fangire Civil war. Though when it comes to promiscuity the Queen's habits were nothing compared to his own, much like the Greek god Zeus he would often go out and spend quite a bit of time with random human women. Chances are that he has fathered many half fangire children all over the place, but for the most part he couldnt care less about them. These days his age has begun to catch up with him, leading him to pass on Kurovat to a new successor in hopes of ensuring his race's supremacy. Though should the need arise, or should he just feel like it he can easily call Kurovat back to him and wreak a little havoc in the Imperius armor.

Bio: While it seemed like the Legendorga race went extinct due to the Fangire Clan's paranoid bloodlust, this was not that case. Krieg had the foresight to go into hiding, and allow the Fangire to believe they had defeated them while they lived on in secret as their numbers steadily grew. Now in this modern age the Legendorga have begun planning to launch their revenge against the fangire, a plan which includes enlisting the assistance of the Aozora Organization, 3WA and any other riders that may be fighting the Fangire, particularly Arc.
At the moment he has infiltrated the Aozora Organization under the guise of a skilled Fangire Hunter and serves as a back up user for the IXA system

Personality: Incredibly blunt and headstrong. Tends to rub people the wrong way with his words and actions, but tends to have Aozora's best interests in mind.

Bio: The current Chairman of Aozora's American branch who while well respected by some members, is also disliked by just as many for his tendency to point out there flaws and habit of telling people they were just too damn weak and would have to strengthen themselves if they planned on being useful. He is well aware of the other Fangire hunting Organization, 3WA but after hearing the rumors of them creating a rider system that was based on Fangire mysticism, his opinion of them dropped quite a bit. He feels that humanity must defeat the Fangire by their own means with technology rather than using some sort of mystical fangire armor.
Occasionally he commandeers IXA due to being unsatisified and restlessness from being stuck behind the desk, but he has displayed quite a bit of proficiency when it comes to fighting Fangire while totally unarmed.
