Kamen Rider Gaim - News/Rumors Thread 2: Suffering Incoming

There is more than one type of Overlord Invess. The one Kaito encountered is the Western styled one. Here's the Chinese theme one.

Interesting.

My guess is that Sagara found the LockSeed in Helheim, and built the DJ Gun, or at the very least, came up with the name.

I wonder if Gaim using a Lock Seed that Ryoma's never heard of could potentially lead to Ryoma taking further interest in Kouta? Gaim could potentially have all the Energy Riders out for his head .

And hey, DJ Sagara is finally wearing a new outfit :P.

So there's more than one Overlord Invess? The red one being the western Overlord would explain why Baron is the first Rider to discover and fight him. Maybe each Rider will get an Ovelord rival to match the style of their armor? So Ryugen would get this green one, while Baron is already getting setup to conflict with the red one... I wonder if the Japanese styled Overlord will be the main Overlord and Gaim's new primary antagonist?

Y'know, I highly doubt it's going to happen, but it would be neat to see someone, whether it be Sagara or Bandou, mention the Kamen Riders and what they represent to Kouta while he's in his funk over Yuya. Then, while Gaim in Kachidoki is fighting off the Kurokages and Shin Zangetsu, Zangetsu refers to him as an Armored Rider and Kouta replies back instead that he's "Kamen Rider Gaim!" :coolshades:.

Okay, so first off, that invess looks fuuuuuuukkin dope. I love all the designs for this show. They seems to distill some of the best designs from all over the history of rider into a few really iconic, original looking, designs.

Now as far as what this means for the story, I'm beggining to wonder what their background is, and I see 4 main possibilities.

1. They are the gods or creators of the invess/the forest. I see this as the least likely because they don't have quite the aura of that kind of big bad, and with their designs being so linked with the rider designs so far it sees like their role would be more similar to the riders (this new one is a dead ringer for ryugen).

2. They are the first invess. This one seems possible, but at the same time I don't see a story in it. Doesn't seem like urobochi's style.

3. They are the same as the riders, but for a different civilization, on a different planet. The forest affected them differently because they either didn't develop any technology, only directly consuming the fruit, or they developed different technology from the lockseeds and drivers.

4. This is the theory I personally like the most, and it seems the most likely to me. The overlord invess are the eventual form of the riders. If you use the power of the lockseed too much, you eventually become a powerful sentient invess, these powerful sentient invess being the overlords of the newly created forest. The riders are the monsters.

Hrmmm so the riders are possibly based off of the overlord invess.. Interesting.

There are three types of the basic grunt Invess - Green, Red and Blue. I guess we're getting one Invess Overlord for each type, which means we should also see a blue Samurai-like Invess...

Helheim doesn't seem like it had technology comparable to Earth though. It's doubtful that they had anything similar to the Sengoku Drivers.
