Same reason he hasn't really actually tried to get rid of Fourze or kick the whole KRC out of the school.

Or he may have a purpose to letting him swim around like Ryubei did with Double. The final arc has him already to counter and eliminate Fourze once and for all.

It's possible Fourze and Meteor defeating Zodiarts that are ready to surpass the Last One and reincarnate rushes the process.

Say without their interruption it could maybe take a month or a full year for a Zodiart to reach the potential needed to evolve.

Where as destroying them in the Last One state might rush that process.

I believe that Gamou doesn't really care about the switchers of the Horoscopes, it's their switches what he must be really behind.

When Sonada was sent to the Dark Nebula Gamou kept her switch, so that must mean that all what he really needs or wants for his purposes is only the active Horoscopes switches.

That must be why he still keeps the KRC around too, Gamou only wants the Horoscopes switches so he must get rid of their switchers one way or another but right now he can't do it himself. Let the KRC do his dirty work and in the end he'll have the Horoscopes switches all for himself to... to do whatever he's really planning.

So this could be another instance of the boss villain simply using his minions to power some device that he will use in the end?

I wonder if this could be Sanjo's staple like Hirohisa Soda's "The villains have some big secret that's hinted at and then finally revealed in the end" theme that he wrote into Changeman through Fiveman.

I would rather have individual Horoscope users that we get to see often rather than just mindless minions at the very end though. Just my two cents, I rather like Hayami and Sonoda as villains.

So far Cancer is the only one that is a student user to become it. Unlike the rest of the Horoscpe is adults like the teacher & principal.

I like it how while Cygnus beat the crap out of Meteor, Fourze just stood there and ask questions. Besides, Cancer design looks really nice. The crab head aside, that has to be my favorite monster design so far.

Who think Tomoko would be the first one who discover Meteor's identity?

No surpise. Tomoko is the little creep of the family and little creep tend to be more observance than others... or did you not watch episode 10?

Another thing, something also tells me Gen already knows... but he that person that won't tell anyone until they are ready to tell.
