That "no one" includes Roidmudes though. Heart himself wasn't able to overcome the Deadzone. If Go is a Roidmude, it's likely he has been one since the start. And Go hated Roidmudes from the start, even Chase before reprogramming. Chase being reprogrammed to hurt humans just made his conviction stronger, but it was always there.

I think there's a few things that might point to Gou being a Roidmude from the beginning:

• His eyes glowing

• His using the same Driver as Chase

• He can't get any further upgrade

• He didn't want to live with Kiriko. According to the Kamen Rider 4 special, he's only 18-19 years old, so if he's been in the US for a couple of years and she hasn't seen him in that time it might explain why she never noticed anything.

• It would explain a lot about why he hates Chase

• We've already seen Kyu's Roidmude, which impersonated him for months on end and even fooled people who knew him well

• Gou keeps saying that all Roidmudes are killers, but also says that Mach is made to destroy

• If the rumour that Gou's father created the Roidmudes is true, it makes sense he could have created a Roidmude child for himself, or that the "real" Gou died and a "replacement" was created

That rumor makes more sense now that they made him say "Banno" at the Tokujou Mission, as if he knows him somehow. Let's see how it goes.. But still, it doesn't make sense how he wants to destroy the Roidmudes so fast. Unless he is special in some kind of way, such as having limited "lifespan".


P.S. I just happened to read the Kamen Rider Wiki and found about the Core Driviars (http://kamenrider.wikia.com/wiki/Core_Driviars)... and I'm wondering, how do they know so much about these? I don't remember Krim or anyone talking about them directly, and somehow they even know that Rinna made a different one for Chaser's suit.. I mean, is this legit? And if so, does it come from an article or something?

The Tv-Asahi site is taking a long time to load, but at least the Core Driviar-TH one is real, so I guess the other ones probably are too. The source is the spec page for the Riders or equipment in Tv-Asahi's site. There's a lot of technical information for every single tv show Rider, and usually little is translated.

There's even more untranslated information for the TH one even (the "Driviar" are "Gravity Drive Engines", and the TH can both generate high energy for projectiles, and rotation and vibration of the engine it can emit a wave that cancels Density Shift).

But still, it doesn't make sense how he wants to destroy the Roidmudes so fast. Unless he is special in some kind of way, such as having limited "lifespan".

He may have wanted to destroy them before 001 could roll out the new Viral Cores. Maybe Gou knew that once humans started using them, someone would inevitably find out his secret

I do hope it's the Roidmude copying Gou twist. Gou turning against everyone and siding with the Roidmudes it too ****ed up, and being controlled by the Roidmudes is too cliche and lame.

Someone said that Gou's eye glowed, when did that happen, because I do not recall that.
If he is truly a Roidmude, then perhaps his Over clocking Deadheat is burning out his wires.
Either that or Brain finds out about his identity and starts controlling him, which explains why they are in the same shot together.
Either way, things are just getting good.

I like the "twist" Gou being a roidmude or at least having the real one swapped with a copy. It is a possible scenario for why hes being such a bitter man. Drive is starting to pick things up, we are introduced to the final boss of the show and finally getting some back story about our protagonist Tomari.

The question is not just on Gou himself - despite his bad actions, he was able to use Rumble Dump.

Which should be sentient enough to know not to help the bad guys.

There's something I've been thinking about all morning, 001's a Cobra-Type Low-Class Roidmude right, so why doe's Freeze-Roidmude's head look a little like the head of a wolf?

The evolved form doesn't have to correspond to the base form, in fact I don't think we've had any Roidmude whose evolved form has resemblance to its base form. I actually see Freeze's head more like a goat, by the way.

People have been speculating that he could somehow be a Roidmude copying the original Gou (who is either dead or still in the USA.) I think that's a little ... far-fetched, but the Kyu incident might have been foreshadowing that something like that is possible; and if it's true, he could just be reprogrammed like Chase

Speaking of USA, if he is a Roidmude, then he also fooled Harley and Amazing Circus back then in USA.

I looked at the episode. Someone must've mistook Heart for Gou. Cause Heart's eyes glowed after mentioning that Mach overcame Dead Zone.
