I wonder if they will go more of a Showa look for Drive. I can see Drive having a scarf.

W's silver scarf is freaking amazing. I was freaking out when I saw it for the first time waaaaayyy back in 2009.

I'm already starting to feel sorry for KR Drive, having to follow Gaim's footsteps.

A popular predecessor doesn't necessarily spell doom for a show. Decade through OOO were three really good years in a row for Kamen Rider. But I am interested to see where they'll take the next show. When W was a smash, they just repeated its formula for four years in a row (although at least playing with it slightly in Wizard.) With Go-Busters still fresh in the memory will they now just repeat Gaim's format?

I'm not saying that the show would be bad, but that we are bound to judge it by comparing it to Gaim, at least at the beginning, instead of on its own.

I hope Drive will be written by someone drafted from the anime industry again (though I wouldn't mind if Junko Komura was the head writer this time considering her writing the only good episodes of Wizard).
