After the initial scans and conference we'll probably get toy scans. Gaim's came out the day after his conference but Wizard's came out almost two weeks after his. Similarly, Fourze's came out about 17 days after his conference.

Televi-kun is usually the magazine that shows off the latest Kamen Rider news first. As for the conference, I doubt there actually was one.

We would most definitely have had something posted on the news sites by now if it had happened. The reliable source was just some kid making up rumors.

What really upset me is the fact that it was a reliable source and they **** all over us. That leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I hope the real stuff comes soon. This thread has been an adventure so far, and I can't wait for the official reveal so we can talk about this more. You guys are awesome, BTW

I didn't have much faith in them to start. R7GnxT4wpc was only "reliable" because they were listed as such in a Kyoryuger or ToQger (I believe) topic on 2ch. Whereas FIqyFr3nB never explicitly stated we'd get a conference this week but rather that they heard it was supposed to be this week so there's still a chance that they're description of Drive's suit is partially accurate.

Just because a main cast consists of only three people to start doesn't mean it wouldn't add additional characters later or even have recurring characters.

It was dukemon22 who called R7GnxT4wpc the most reliable source on 2ch even though there was no evidence to support this. HOWEVER there's still a chance (like less than 5%) that the conference was actually yesterday but news outlets are on an info ban until a certain day (which would most likely be after the initial scans). I wouldn't count on this though.

Exactly. A lot of Kamen Rider and Sentai have been like that. And for all we know, the cast could be bigger than what was "reported".

Yeah, recurring characters and villains are usually never shown off at the press conference. I know that the Greeed and the Phantoms weren't at OOO's or Wizard's.

Edit: Gamou was the only villain "present" at Fourze's conference and even then he was only known as "The Man with the Red Eyes" and nothing else.

The rumours we got last night made me think how much I'd love for Drive to be part of a government-esque organization. I don't think we've ever had a main Rider actually work as part of an organization. Blade doesn't really count because BOARD was taken out within the first episode wasn't it?
